कटनी - श्रीमान पुलिस अधीक्षक महोदय श्री अभिजीत कुमार रंजन के नेतृत्व में अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक महोदय श्री  संतोष डेहरिया एवं श्रीमान अनुविभागीय अधिकारी महोदय पुलिस विजयराघवगढ श्री के.पी. सिंह के द्वारा सभी थाना प्रभारियों को माल वाहक वाहनो में सवारी ले जाने से लगातार हो रही दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने के लिये कार्यवाही करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया था जिसके तारतम्य में थाना बरही द्वारा आज दिनांक 04.04.24 को वाहन चैकिंग एव चालानी कार्यवाही के दौरान एक माल वाहक ट्रक क्र.MP 15 G 2832 में करीबन 20 से 25 लोगों को बैठाकर ले जाते पाये जाने पर मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट के तहत परमिट की शर्तों नियमों का उल्लंघन करते पाये जाने पर  उक्त ट्रक मोटरव्हीकल एक्ट की धारा 66/192 के तहत जप्त कर  इस्तगासा तैयार  कर  अग्रिम कार्यवाही ह माननीय न्यायालय पेश किया जाता है। उक्त संपूर्ण कार्यवाही थाना प्रभारी श्री शैलेन्द्र सिंह यादव , उप निरी. विनोदकांत , स.उ.निरी.रामसखा वर्मा, सउनि महेश प्रताप सिंह एवं वाहन चालक संजय पाडेय आदि थाना स्टाफ की सराहनीय भूमिका रही।

Katni - Under the leadership of Mr. Superintendent of Police, Mr. Abhijeet Kumar Ranjan, Additional Superintendent of Police, Mr. Santosh Dehariya and Mr. Sub-Divisional Officer, Mr. Vijayraghavgarh Police, Mr. K.P. Singh had directed all the police station in-charges to take action to stop the frequent accidents due to carrying of passengers in goods carrying vehicles, in accordance with which, during the vehicle checking and challan proceedings on 04.04.24, police station Barhi today Goods carrier truck number MP 15 G 2832 was found carrying about 20 to 25 people and was found to be violating the terms and conditions of the permit under the Motor Vehicle Act. The said truck was confiscated under Section 66/192 of the Motor Vehicle Act. Istgasa is prepared and advance proceedings are presented to the Honorable Court. The entire proceedings were conducted by police station in-charge Mr. Shailendra Singh Yadav, Deputy Inspector. Police station staff like Vinod Kant, S.N.I.Ramsakha Verma, SHO Mahesh Pratap Singh and driver Sanjay Padey etc. played a commendable role.
