दंतेवाड़ा - जिला कार्यालय  के डंकनी सभा कक्ष में आज कलेक्टर  मयंक चतुर्वेदी द्वारा मतदान दलों की रवानगी तथा सामग्री वितरण से संबंधित नोडल अधिकारियों की आवश्यक बैठक आहूत की गई थी।  बैठक में 16 अप्रैल को रेंडमाइजेशन, मतदान दल सूचना प्रसारण, परिचय पत्र वितरण, अतिरिक्त मतदान दल की व्यवस्था, के साथ ही सामग्री वितरण हेतु  बैठक व्यवस्था, टेबल अनुसार ड्यूटी आदेश, ईवीएम लाने ले जाने के लिए प्रबंध, सामग्री प्राप्ति उपरांत मतदान कर्मियों को वाहन तक पहुंचाने, मतदान केन्द्र में ईवीएम खराब होने की स्थिति में ईवीएम बदलने, सामग्री वापसी की दौरान सेक्टर अधिकारी एवं पीठासीन अधिकारियों से आवश्यक प्रपत्रों को प्राप्त करने, टेबुलेशन प्रभारी को उपलब्ध कराने, रूट चार्ट अनुसार वाहन प्रभारी एवं पथ प्रदर्शक के ड्यूटी आदेश के संबंध में विस्तारपूर्वक कलेक्टर को जानकारी दिया गया। बैठक में बताया गया कि पिंक बूथों हेतु रिजर्व दलों में 12 अधिकारी, युवा बूथ हेतु 8, और पीडब्ल्यूडी बुथ हेतु 4 अधिकारी उपलब्ध रहेगें। इसके साथ ही 179 मतदान अधिकारी सामान्य दल हेतु उपलब्ध किया गया है। बैठक में कलेक्टर ने कहा कि मतदान केन्द्रों में शामियाना और पेयजल की व्यवस्था अनिवार्य रूप से सुनिश्चित होनी चाहिए इसके साथ ही जिन बूथों में महिला और पुरुष मतदाताओं की संख्या में वृद्धि हुई है ऐसे बूथों को सर्वाधिक प्राथमिकता दी जाए। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने मॉडल बूथों में मतदाता की सुविधा अनुरूप सभी व्यवस्थाएं उपलब्ध कराने को कहा। इस दौरान बैठक में सीईओ जिला पंचायत  कुमार बिश्वरंजन, अपर कलेक्टर राजेश पात्रे, उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी  अभिषेक तिवारी, डिप्टी कलेक्टर  कमल किशोर, सहित निर्वाचन से जुड़े अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद थे।

In the meeting on 16th April, randomization, polling party information broadcast, distribution of identity cards, arrangement of additional polling party, as well as meeting arrangements for material distribution, duty orders as per table, arrangements for transportation of EVMs, polling personnel after receiving the material, Transporting the vehicle to the polling station, changing the EVM in case the EVM breaks down at the polling station, obtaining the necessary forms from the Sector Officer and Presiding Officers during the return of material, providing them to the tabulation in-charge, following the duty orders of the vehicle in-charge and the guide as per the route chart. Detailed information was given to the Collector in this regard. It was told in the meeting that 12 officers will be available in the reserve teams for pink booths, 8 for youth booth, and 4 for PWD booth. Along with this, 179 polling officers have been made available for the general party. In the meeting, the Collector said that arrangements for awnings and drinking water should be ensured in the polling stations, along with this, highest priority should be given to those booths where the number of male and female voters has increased. Along with this, he asked to provide all the arrangements in the model booths as per the convenience of the voters. During this meeting, CEO District Panchayat Kumar Bishwaranjan, Additional Collector Rajesh Patre, Deputy District Election Officer Abhishek Tiwari, Deputy Collector Kamal Kishore and other election related officials were present in the meeting.
