मुंगेली - जिले के औसत से कम मतदान वाले केन्द्रों में स्वीप गतिविधि के माध्यम से अभियान चलाकर मतदाताओं को लोकसभा चुनाव में शतप्रतिशत मतदान के लिए जागरूक किया जाएगा। इसके लिए विभिन्न मतदान केन्द्रों के लिए नियुक्त नोडल अधिकारियों का जिला कलेक्टोरेट स्थित जनदर्शन कक्ष में प्रशिक्षण का आयोजन किया गया। प्रशिक्षण में कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री राहुल देव ने अधिकारियों को जिले में स्वीप कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से मतदान प्रतिशत बढ़ाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया और कहा कि औसत से कम मतदान वाले ग्राम पंचायतों में मतदान प्रतिशत बढ़ाने के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को सम्मानित भी किया जाएगा। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को स्वीप कार्यक्रम को बेहतर कार्ययोजना के साथ क्रियान्वित करने तथा मतदाताओं को जागरूक करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले के नए मतदाताआंे तथा वरिष्ठ मतदाताओं को मतदान में भाग लेने विशेष अभियान भी चलाया जाए। कलेक्टर श्री देव ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को आई. एम. एफ. के महत्व को बताते हुए कहा कि इन्फाॅरमेशन, मोटिवेशन और फेसिलिटेशन के समन्वय से स्वीप गतिविधियों की शतप्रतिशत सफलता सुनिश्चित की जा सकती है और मतदाताओं को लक्ष्य के अनुरूप जागरूक किया जा सकता है। कलेक्टर ने मतदाता जागरूकता अभियान में सामुदायिक भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने विशेष प्रयास करने की बात कही, ताकि जमीनी स्तर पर उसके सकारात्मक परिणाम हासिल हो सके। उन्होंने मतदाताओं को जागरूक करने पंचायत भवन, पशु औषधालय, स्कूलों आदि जगहों में स्वीप का बैनर लगवाने के भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने मतदान के दिन मतदाताओं को व्ही.आई.एस. के साथ निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित 12 प्रकार के आईडी जैसे आधार कार्ड, वोटर आईडी, ड्रायविंग लाईसेंस, राशनकार्ड आदि दस्तावेज लाने के लिए भी लोगों को जागरूक करने की अपील की। उन्होंने गर्मी को देखते हुए मतदान केन्द्रों में पानी की उचित व्यवस्था तथा निर्वाचन में संलग्न सभी अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों को अपने स्वास्थ्य का विशेष ध्यान रखने की बात कही। कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करने हुए स्वीप के नोडल अधिकारी एवं जिला पंचायत सीईओ श्री प्रभाकर पाण्डेय ने विभिन्न विभागीय अधिकारियों को अपने निर्धारित दायित्वों का शतप्रतिशत पालन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए, ताकि शतप्रतिशत मतदान के लक्ष्य को हासिल किया जा सके।  

Collector encouraged nodal officers to increase voting percentage

Mungeli - Voters will be made aware of 100 percent voting in the Lok Sabha elections by running a campaign through sweep activity in the centers with less than average voting in the district. For this, training was organized for the nodal officers appointed for various polling stations in the Jan Darshan Room located at the District Collectorate. In the training, Collector and District Election Officer Shri Rahul Dev encouraged the officers to increase the voting percentage through the sweep program in the district and said that the concerned officers will also be honored for increasing the voting percentage in Gram Panchayats with below average voting. . He instructed the concerned officers to implement the SVEEP program with a better action plan and to make the voters aware. He said that a special campaign should also be run to encourage new voters and senior voters of the district to participate in the voting. Collector Shri Dev informed the concerned officials about I.M.F. Explaining the importance of SWEEP, he said that by coordination of information, motivation and facilitation, 100% success of SVEEP activities can be ensured and voters can be made aware as per the target. The Collector talked about making special efforts to ensure community participation in the voter awareness campaign, so that positive results can be achieved at the grassroots level. He also directed to put up sweep banners in Panchayat buildings, veterinary dispensaries, schools etc. to make voters aware. He distributed VIS to voters on the day of voting. Along with this, he also appealed to make people aware about bringing the 12 types of ID documents prescribed by the Election Commission like Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Ration Card etc. In view of the heat, he asked for proper arrangement of water in the polling stations and for all the officers and employees involved in elections to take special care of their health.
