भिण्ड - मध्य प्रदेश शासन के द्वारा एक तरफ़ चिकत्सा के क्षेत्र में मरीजों के लिए अनेकों हॉस्पिटल खोले गए है जिससे समय पर इलाज और सही टाइम पर मरीजों को इलाज के साथ साथ सारी शुब्धा उपलब्ध हो सके मगर अटेर क्षेत्र के उप स्वस्थ केंद्रों पर डाक्टरों की लापरवाही देखने को मिल रही है अटेर क्षेत्र के उपस्वास्थ्य एवं आयुर्वेदिक औषधालयों में अधिकांश ताले झूल रहे हैं जिस कारण ग्रामीणों को स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का लाभ नहीं मिल रहा है  जबकि ग्रामीणों को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने में सरकार हर रोज नई नई योजनाएं बना रही है। इसके लिए लाखों रुपए भी खर्च किए जा रहे हैं, जबकि वास्तविकता यह है अधिकतर ग्रामीण सरकारी स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं से वंचित हैं। जिन गांवों में स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों का अभाव है वहां के रोगियों का उपचार झोलाछाप डॉक्टरों तक सिमटकर रह गया है। ऐसा ही लापरवाही का मामला अटेर क्षेत्र के ग्राम पंचायत मंसूरी एवं परा में देखने को मिला जहां परा गांव में उपस्वास्थ्य केन्द्र एवं आयुर्वेदिक औषद्यालय में बुधवार लगभग दोपहर 1 बजे ताला झूलता हुआ मिला, इसी तरह से मंसूरी गांव मेंं भी उपस्वास्थ्य केन्द्र पर 2 बजे ताला देखा गया, तीनों स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों से कर्मचारी नदारत मिले, अब देखने वाली बात यह होगी कि अधिकारी इस लापरवाही पर क्या कार्यवाही करते हैं। जबकि नियम कहता है कि सुबह 9 बजे से शाम 4 बजे तक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र एवं आयुर्वेदिक औषधालय खुलना चाहिए लेकिन सरकारी कर्मचारियों को घर जाने की जल्दी में समय से पहले ताले डालकर चले जाते हैं।

Bhind - On one hand, the Madhya Pradesh government has opened many hospitals for the patients in the field of medicine so that timely treatment and all the facilities along with treatment can be available to the patients at the right time, but at the sub health centers of Ater area, there is shortage of doctors. Negligence is being seen, most of the locks in the sub-health and Ayurvedic dispensaries of Ater area are swinging, due to which the villagers are not getting the benefit of health services, whereas the government is making new schemes every day to provide better health facilities to the villagers. Lakhs of rupees are being spent for this, whereas the reality is that most of the villagers are deprived of government health services. In villages where there is a lack of health centres, the treatment of patients is limited to quacks. A similar case of negligence was seen in Gram Panchayat Mansoori and Para of Ater area, where the lock of the sub-health center and Ayurvedic dispensary in Para village was found hanging at around 1 pm on Wednesday. Similarly, in Mansoori village too, the lock of the sub-health center was found at 2 pm. It was observed that employees were found missing from all the three health centres, now it remains to be seen what action the authorities take on this negligence. While the rules say that health centers and Ayurvedic dispensaries should be open from 9 am to 4 pm, government employees, in a hurry to go home, lock themselves before time and leave.
