चुनावी कामकाज में लापरवाही दो अधिकारी सहित एक कर्मचारी को जारी किया नोटिस notice Aajtak24 News 

बलौदाबाजार - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी के एल चौहान ने आज चुनावी कामकाज में लापरवाही बरतने के चलते दो अधिकारी सहित एक कर्मचारी को कारण बताओं नोटिस जारी करते हुए 24 घंटे के भीतर जवाब तलब करने के आदेश दिए हैं। जिसमें जनपद पंचायत सीईओ एमएल मंडावी,बलौदाबाजार नायब तहसीलदार अक्षय तिवारी, नगर पालिका परिषद राजस्व निरीक्षक सुरेंद्र कुमार सोनी शामिल है। उप जिला निर्वाचन कार्यालय से प्राप्त जानकारी अनुसार जनपद पंचायत सीईओ एमएल मंडावी द्वारा एसएसटी टीम के लिए मूलभूत व्यवस्था नही करने, बलौदाबाजार नायब तहसीलदार अक्षय तिवारी निर्धारित ड्यूटी स्थल स्ट्रांग रूम में नही पहुंचने,रिर्पाेट नही देने एवं नगर पालिका परिषद राजस्व निरीक्षक सुरेंद्र कुमार सोनी ड्यूटी स्थान में उपस्थित होकर भी कार्य नही करने पर सख्त चेतावनी देते हुए नोटिस जारी किया गया है। उक्त सभी नोटिस लोकसभा व्यय प्रेक्षक के निर्देश पर कलेक्टर द्वारा जारी किया है। लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 अंतर्गत स्थैतिक निगरानी दल का गठन किया गया है। उक्त दल के द्वारा लोकसभा निर्वाचन के अनुक्रम में जिले के विभिन्न चेक पोस्ट पर वाहनों एवं अन्य माध्यमों से हो रहे अवैध परिवहन की जांच की जाती है। स्थैतिक निगरानी दलों के लिए चेक पोस्ट पर आवश्यक व्यवस्था करने की जिम्मेदारी जनपद सीईओ की थी। पर व्यय प्रेक्षक लोकसभा क्षेत्र कमांक 08-रायपुर द्वारा भ्रमण के दौरान डोटोपार में स्थैतिक निगरानी दल को पेड़ की छाया में बैठकर ड्यूटी करते पाया गया। निर्देशित किये जाने के उपरांत भी आज दिनांक तक जनपद सीईओ मंडावी द्वारा स्थैतिक निगरानी दल के लिए छाया,पानी, स्टॉपर इत्यादि की व्यवस्था नहीं की गई। जिस व्यय प्रेक्षक महोदय द्वारा उक्त अव्यवस्था हेतु गंभीर नाराजगी व्यक्त की गई। इसी तरह राजस्व निरीक्षक सुरेंद्र कुमार की डोटोपार चेक पोस्ट के स्थैतिक निगरानी दल (ैैज्) में आपकी ड्यूटी लगाई थी। निरीक्षण के दौरान सुरेंद्र कुमार को डोटोपार में पेड़ की छाया में बैठकर ड्यूटी करते पाया गया तथा उसके द्वारा किसी भी वाहन की जांच नहीं किया गया। इससे स्पष्ट होता है कि उनके द्वारा कर्तव्य का पालन न करते हुए निर्वाचन कार्य में गंभीर लापरवाही बरती जा रही है। इसी तरह लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 हेतु कृषि उपज मंडी बलौदाबाजार में ईवीएम एवं वीवीपीएटी मशीनों को रखने के लिए स्ट्रांग रूम बनाया गया है। जिसमें आयोग के निर्देशानुसार प्रतिदिवस स्ट्रांग रूम का निरीक्षण कर प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करने हेतु अधिकारियों की रूटीन में ड्यूटी लगाई है। लेकिन नायब तहसीलदार अक्षय तिवारी द्वारा उक्त आदेश के अवहेलना करते हुए चयनित स्ट्रांग रूम का निरीक्षण प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया है। तीनों के द्वारा निर्वाचन कार्य को गंभीरता से न लेते हुए गंभीर लापरवाही बरती गई है,जो लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम 1951 की धारा 28-क के तहत भी दण्डनीय है।

Notice issued to two officers and one employee for negligence in election work

Balodabazar - Collector and District Election Officer KL Chauhan today issued a show cause notice to two officers and one employee for negligence in election work and ordered to seek their reply within 24 hours. Which includes District Panchayat CEO ML Mandavi, Balodabazar Naib Tehsildar Akshay Tiwari, Municipal Council Revenue Inspector Surendra Kumar Soni. According to the information received from the Sub District Election Office, District Panchayat CEO ML Mandavi did not make basic arrangements for the SST team, Balodabazar Naib Tehsildar Akshay Tiwari did not reach the designated duty place in the strong room, did not give report and Municipal Council Revenue Inspector Surendra Kumar Soni was on duty. A notice has been issued giving a strict warning for not doing the work despite being present at the place. All the above notices have been issued by the Collector on the instructions of the Lok Sabha Expenditure Observer. A static monitoring team has been formed under the Lok Sabha elections 2024. In connection with the Lok Sabha elections, the said team investigates illegal transportation through vehicles and other means at various check posts in the district. It was the responsibility of the District CEO to make necessary arrangements at the check post for the static monitoring teams. During the visit by Expenditure Observer Lok Sabha Constituency No. 08-Raipur, the static monitoring team was found doing duty sitting in the shade of a tree at Dotopar. Even after being directed till date, District CEO Mandavi has not made arrangements for shade, water, stoppers etc. for the static monitoring team. The Expenditure Observer expressed serious displeasure over the above mentioned chaos. Similarly, you were assigned duty in the Static Surveillance Team (SAG) of Revenue Inspector Surendra Kumar's Dotopar check post. During inspection, Surendra Kumar was found doing duty sitting in the shade of a tree in Dotopar and no vehicle was checked by him.
