कटनी - पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री अभिजीत रंजन ने कहा कि लोकसभा चुनाव को लेकर जिला पुलिस पूरी तरह से तैयार है. जिले के सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर सुरक्षा बलों की तैनाती की गयी है. साथ ही निष्पक्ष, भयमुक्त एवं स्वच्छ वातावरण में चुनाव संपन्न कराने को लेकर जिला पुलिस-प्रशासन ने कई तरह की पहल की है। पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री अभिजीत रंजन ने चुनावों के दौरान मतदान केंद्रों पर ईव्हीएम मशीन की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के लिए उठाए जाने वाले एहतियाती कदमों के बारे में भी सुझाव दिए। संसदीय क्षेत्र क्रमांक 8 खजुराहो निर्वाचन में कुल 865 मतदान केन्द्र है जिसमे 141 संवेदनशील पोलिंग बूथ चिन्हित किए गए हैं। संसदीय क्षेत्र क्रमांक 8 खजुराहो निर्वाचन में 10 जोनल पुलिस मोबाइल व 91 सेक्टर पुलिस मोबाइल लगातार भ्रमण कर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को सुनिश्चित करेंगी साथ ही शांतिपूर्ण मतदान के लिए लगभग 1500 सुरक्षा कर्मियों की तैनाती भी की गई है।

Katni - Superintendent of Police Mr. Abhijeet Ranjan said that the district police is fully prepared for the Lok Sabha elections. Security forces have been deployed at all the polling stations in the district. Besides, the district police-administration has taken many initiatives to conduct elections in a fair, fear-free and clean environment. Superintendent of Police Mr. Abhijeet Ranjan also gave suggestions regarding the precautionary steps to be taken for the security of EVM machines at polling stations during elections. There are a total of 865 polling stations in parliamentary constituency number 8 Khajuraho election, in which 141 sensitive polling booths have been identified. In parliamentary constituency number 8 Khajuraho election, 10 zonal police mobiles and 91 sector police mobiles will ensure security arrangements by continuously touring, along with this, about 1500 security personnel have also been deployed for peaceful voting.
