देवास - आबकारी विभाग ने ग्राम मड़का के रिहायशी मकान से 72 बल्क लीटर देशी/विदेशी मदिरा जप्त 1 व्यक्तिय को किया गिरफ्तार ऋषव गुप्ता के निर्देशन व सहायक आबकारी आयुक्त मंदाकिनी दीक्षित के मार्गदर्शन में सहायक जिला आबकारी अधिकारी बी.के वर्मा ,दिलीप कनासे एवं के एस सिकरवार के नेतृत्व में आबकारी दल ने मुखबिर सूचना के आधार टीम द्वारा ग्राम मड़का में एक रिहायशी मकान की विधिवत तलाशी लेने पर कुल 72 बल्क लीटर देशी विदेशी मदिरा बरामद मौके से तूफान सिंह सोलंकी को पकड़ा गया जिसने मदिरा को अवैध रूप से संग्रह कर रखा गया था। जो मध्य प्रदेश आबकारी अधिनियम 1915 की धारा 34(1) क एवं 34(2) का उलंघन होने से प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध कर विवेचना लिया। कार्यवाही में उमेश स्वर्णकार, उपनिरीक्षक प्रेम यादव डीपी सिंह, दिनेश भार्गव मुख्य आरक्षक राजा राम रैकवार, दीपक धुरिया, नितिन सोनी,सनत ओझा , गुरुदत्त शर्मा आशीष गुप्ता, सैनिक केदार चौधरी, संजय शर्मा,सम्मिलित रहे।
