प्रशिक्षण में माइक्रोऑब्जर्वर को निर्वाचन के दौरान उनकी भूमिका एवं कार्यों की दी गई जानकारी jankari Aajtak24 News 

धमतरी - लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के तहत जिले में शांतिपूर्ण एवं निष्पक्ष चुनाव संपन्न कराने के लिए लगातार अधिकारी, कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी सुश्री नम्रता गांधी के निर्देश पर जिला पंचायत के सभाकक्ष में माईक्रोऑब्जर्वर को प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। इस मौके पर सीईओ जिला पंचायत एवं स्वीप जिला नोडल अधिकारी सुश्री रोमा श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि पारदर्शी, निष्पक्ष व शांतिपूर्ण निर्वाचन कराने में माइक्रोऑब्जर्वर की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है। उन्होंने कहा कि माइक्रोऑब्जर्वर अपने कार्य गंभीरतापूर्वक करें। भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के नियमों एवं दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार ही निष्पक्ष कार्य करें। माइक्रोऑब्जर्वर भली-भांति प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करें और सभी पहलुओं पर जानकारी प्राप्त कर लें। सीईओ ने सभी माइक्रोऑब्जर्वर को पोस्टल बैलेट और निर्वाचन कर्तव्य प्रमाण पत्र के लिए आवेदन करने कहा, ताकि निर्वाचन कार्य में लगे कोई भी अधिकारी,  कर्मचारी अपने मताधिकार से वंचित न रहे। मास्टर ट्रेनर्स श्री आर.डी.साहू एवं श्री सुधीर गायकवाड़ ने लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के लिए नियुक्त सभी माइक्रोऑब्जर्वर को निर्वाचन के दौरान उनकी भूमिका के बारे में बारिकी से बताया। साथ ही मतदान केन्द्रों में किये जाने वाले कार्यों तथा उनकी भूमिका के बारे में भी जानकारी दी गई। इस मौके पर सीईओ जिला पंचायत सुश्री श्रीवास्तव ने उपस्थित अधिकारी, कर्मचारियों को मतदान की शपथ दिलाई। इस अवसर पर संयुक्त कलेक्टर श्री विनय पोयाम, उप संचालक पंचायत श्री अविनाश मसराम, लीड बैंक मैनेजर श्री सत्यप्रकाश सहित निर्वाचन कार्य में लगे अधिकारी, कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।

On the instructions of Collector and District Election Officer Ms. Namrata Gandhi, training was given to micro observers in the meeting room of the District Panchayat today. On this occasion, CEO District Panchayat and Sweep District Nodal Officer Ms. Roma Srivastava said that microobservers play an important role in conducting transparent, fair and peaceful elections. He said that microobservers should do their work seriously. Work impartially as per the rules and guidelines of the Election Commission of India. Microobservers should be thoroughly trained and knowledgeable on all aspects. The CEO asked all the microobservers to apply for postal ballot and election duty certificate, so that no officer or employee engaged in election work is deprived of his voting rights. Master trainers Mr. R.D. Sahu and Mr. Sudhir Gaikwad explained in detail to all the microobservers appointed for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 about their role during the elections. Besides, information was also given about the work done in polling stations and their role. On this occasion, CEO District Panchayat Ms. Srivastava administered the oath of voting to the officers and employees present. On this occasion, Joint Collector Mr. Vinay Poyam, Deputy Director Panchayat Mr. Avinash Masram, Lead Bank Manager Mr. Satyaprakash and officers and employees engaged in election work were present.
