सीएमएचओ ने ली समस्त नेत्र सहायक अधिकारियों की बैठक bhaithak Aajtak24 News 

रायगढ़ - मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी श्री बी.के.चंद्रवंशी ने स्वास्थ्य कार्यालय के आरोग्यम सभा कक्ष में समस्त नेत्र सहायक अधिकारियों के साथ मासिक बैठक लेकर एजेण्डावार चर्चा की। उन्होंने विकासखंड में कार्यरत नेत्र सहायक अधिकारी की जानकारी लेते हुए नेत्र सहायक अधिकारी के कार्य क्षेत्र एवं कार्य क्षेत्र में आने वाले स्कूलों की जानकारी लेते हुए माह आगामी मई एवं जून तक संपूर्ण सर्वेक्षण के संबंध में जानकारी ली। इस दौरान उन्होंने माध्यमिक स्कूलो में अध्यनरत छात्रों का नेत्र परीक्षण कार्य 30 नवंबर 2024 तक पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। प्रत्येक माह आकुलर ट्रामा का रिर्पोटिंग करने की जानकारी, आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर में कार्यरत सी.एच.ओ/आर.एच.ओ द्वारा एच.आई.एम.एस पोर्टल पर रिर्पोटिंग करने, कार्नियल ओपी सिटी का लिस्ट बनाकर नेत्र की सर्जन से जाँच करवाने की जानकारी, प्रेस बायोपिक चश्मा का वितरण का लिस्ट बनाकर नेत्र सर्जन से जाँच करवाने की जानकारी, अग्रिम दौरा कार्यक्रम का एक कापी नोडल अधिकारी के पास जमा करने की जानकारी, प्रत्येक माह  मोतियाबिंद की जानकारी, नेत्र संबंधी स्वास्थ्य शिक्षा की जानकारी, उपकरणों की जानकारी(मुख्य रूप से टोनोमीटर), अर्बन के सर्वे लास्ट में संयुक्त रूप  से सी.एच.सी लोईंग पुसौर से कराना, पोस्ट चश्मा नंबर ब्लाक वाइज अलग से उपलब्ध कराना, वर्ष 2023-24 का ब्लाक वाइज पोस्ट आफ विजन 15 मई तक जिला कार्यालय को उपलब्ध कराना, प्रत्येक नेत्र सहायक अधिकारी को सेपरेट रजिस्टर रखना है जिसमें पोस्ट आफ विजन के साथ कम से कम 3 फालोअप हो, विभिन्न लोकल हेल्थ केैंप के लिये दो सेट विजन चार्ट, ट्रायल सेट व ट्रायल फ्रेम खरीदवाना है। 347999 बच्चों का जाँच परीक्षण किया गया है एवं 1501 बच्चों को चश्मा वितरण किया जा चुका है।

Information (mainly tonometer), getting the urban survey done jointly with CHC Loing Pusaur, providing post glasses number block wise separately, block wise post of vision for the year 2023-24 in the district till May 15. To make available to the office, each eye assistant officer has to maintain a separate register which has at least 3 follow ups with post of vision, two sets of vision charts, trial set and trial frame have to be purchased for various local health camps. 347999 children have been examined and spectacles have been distributed to 1501 children.
