कोरिया - लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 की तैयारियों को लेकर आज जिला कलेक्टरेट स्थित सभाकक्ष में निर्वाचन से जुड़े अधिकारियों से कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री विनय कुमार लंगेह ने समीक्षा की। कलेक्टर श्री विनय कुमार लंगेह ने बैकुण्ठपुर एवं सोनहत विकासखण्ड में बनाए गए मतदान केन्द्रों में आवष्यक सुविधा सुनिष्चित करने के निर्देष दिए। श्री लंगेह ने निर्वाचन के दौरान जिले में आने वाले केन्द्रीय सशस्त्र एवं राज्य सशस्त्र बल के जवानों के रूकने के स्थलों पर राशन, पानी, बिजली, एलपीजी ईंधन, दवाइयां, शौचालय, परिवहन आदि की समुचित उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। श्री लंगेह ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि आचार संहिता के दौरान किसी भी तरह की रैली, जुलूस, सभा आयोजन मनाही है, किंतु इस तरह के आयोजन के लिए जिला निर्वाचन आयोग से अनुमति प्राप्त करनी होगी। अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि किसी भी शासकीय संस्थाओं, भवनों, इमारतों में राजनीतिक दलों के बैनर, लेखन, पोस्टर, फ्लैक्स, होर्डिंग्स नहीं लगाए जाए और निजी भवनों व संस्थाओं में लगाने के पूर्व राजनीतिक दलों को अनुमति प्राप्त करनी होगी। श्री लंगेह ने कहा कि स्वतंत्र, पारदर्शी व निष्पक्ष निर्वाचन के लिए सभी अधिकारी-कर्मचारी आयोग के दिशा- निर्देश पर कार्य करें साथ ही प्रशिक्षण में बताए गए नियमों के तहत सावधानी पूर्वक कार्य करना सुनिश्चित करें। श्री लंगेह ने स्वीप कार्यक्रम के तहत मतदान जागरूकता अभियान चलाए जाने के निर्देश दिए। श्री लंगेह ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि मतदाताओं के नाम मतदाता सूची से तब-तक विलोपित न करें, जब-तक मतदाता द्वारा लिखित में नाम विलोपित करने न कहा गया हो साथ ही मतदाता सूची से नाम विलोपित करने के पूर्व पूरी तरह से जांच-परीक्षण करने के बाद ही कार्यवाही की जाए। श्री लंगेह ने भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा तैयार की गई ‘सुविधा’ पोर्टल के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि निर्वाचन अवधि के दौरान नाम-निर्देशन दायर करने और अनुमति प्राप्त करने के लिए अभ्यर्थियों की प्रक्रिया को सरल बनाने के लिए यह पोर्टल बनाया गया है। इस ‘सुविधा’ नामक वेब एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से अभ्यर्थी अपने नाम-निर्देशन, शपथ-पत्र, रसीद देख सकते हैं साथ ही निर्वाचन के दौरान अभ्यर्थी द्वारा अनुमति के लिए दिए गए आवेदन की स्थिति भी जानकारी प्राप्त की जा सकती है। श्री लंगेह ने दिव्यांग, वरिष्ठ नागरिकों या 80 वर्ष या उससे अधिक उम्र के मतदाताओं को मतदान दिवस में विशेष सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं। श्री लंगेह ने बताया कि भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देश के अनुसार इन मतदाताओं का चिन्हांकन करते हुए उनके आवास से मतदान केन्द्र तक लाने तथा मतदान करने के पश्चात घर तक छोड़ने के लिए निःशुल्क वाहन व्यवस्था की जाएगी, जिसे ‘मतदाता रथ’ नाम दिया गया है। समीक्षा बैठक में जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी डॉ. आशुतोष चतुर्वेदी, अपर कलेक्टर अरूण कुमार मरकाम, बैकुण्ठपुर एसडीएम श्रीमती अंकिता सोम, सोनहत एसडीएम राकेश साहू, उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी दीपिका नेताम सहित निर्वाचन कार्य से जुड़े एवं विभन्न विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

Collector reviews preparations for Lok Sabha elections 2024

Korea - Collector and District Election Officer Shri Vinay Kumar Langeh reviewed the preparations for the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 today in the meeting room at the District Collectorate with the election related officials. Collector Shri Vinay Kumar Langeh gave instructions to ensure necessary facilities in the polling centers built in Baikunthpur and Sonhat development blocks. Shri Langeh directed to ensure proper availability of ration, water, electricity, LPG fuel, medicines, toilets, transport etc. at the stopping places of the Central Armed and State Armed Forces personnel coming to the district during the elections. Mr. Langeh told the officials that organizing any kind of rally, procession, meeting is prohibited during the code of conduct, but permission will have to be obtained from the District Election Commission for organizing such an event. Giving instructions to the officials, he said that banners, writings, posters, flexes, hoardings of political parties should not be put up in any government institutions, buildings or structures and political parties will have to obtain permission before putting up them in private buildings and institutions. Shri Langeh said that for free, transparent and fair elections, all officers and employees should work as per the guidelines of the Commission and also ensure to work carefully as per the rules mentioned in the training. Shri Langeh gave instructions to run voting awareness campaign under the SVEEP programme. Shri Langeh told the officials not to delete the names of the voters from the voter list unless the voter has asked in writing to delete the name and also to conduct thorough investigation before deleting the name from the voter list. Action should be taken only after doing so. Giving information about the 'Suvidha' portal prepared by the Election Commission of India, Shri Langeh said that this portal has been created to simplify the process of candidates for filing nominations and obtaining permission during the election period. .
