कलेक्टर ने जिला अस्पताल का किया निरीक्षण nirikshan Aajtak24 News 

बलौदाबाजार - कलेक्टर श्री के. एल. चौहान ने मंगलवार को  जिला मुख्यालय बलौदाबाजार स्थित  जिला अस्पताल और मातृ एवं शिशु अस्पताल  का निरीक्षण किया। उन्होने करीब ढाई घंटे तक अस्पताल के विभिन्न वार्डों, कक्षों एवं लैब का निरीक्षण किया और उपलब्ध सुविधाओं, व्यवस्थाओं तथा साफ- सफाई पर संतुष्टि जताई।कलेक्टर ने अस्पताल के ओपीडी एरिया में एक बॉडी मॉस इंडेक्स मशीन(बीएमआई) लगाने के भी निर्देश दिए ताकि अस्पताल आने वाले मरीज व उनके परिजन इस मशीन से अपने शारीरिक स्थिति जान सकें। बॉडी मॉस इंडेक्स मशीन   एक स्वस्थ व्यक्ति का वजन उसकी लंबाई के  हिसाब से कितना होना चाहिए इसके लिए तय मानक के अनुसार  शरीर संतुलित है या नहीं इसकी जानकारी देता है। कलेक्टर ने अस्पताल में लिफ्ट संचालन के लिए टेण्डर होने के बाद भी  निर्माण कार्य शुरु नही होने पर लोक निर्माण विभाग के इंजीनियर को फ़ोन लगाकर निर्माण कार्य शुरू नही होने के समंबन्ध में जानकारी ली और अगले दिन सम्बंधित ठेकेदार के साथ कार्यालय में उपस्थित होने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने अस्पताल परिसर में संचालित पोषण पुनर्वास केंद्र का भी निरीक्षण किया और भर्ती बच्चों के सम्बंफह में जानकारी ली। उन्होंने बच्चो के पालकों  से  कहा कि केंद्र से छुट्टी मिलने के बाद यहां  दिए गए आहार सूची के अनुसार  घर मे भी बच्चों को समय पर  आहार दें। केंद्र में 5 कुपोषित  बच्चे भर्ती हैं जिन्हें डाईट चार्ट के अनुसार आहार दिया जा रहा है। अस्पताल परिसर में संचालित नशा मुक्ति केंद्र का अवलोकन करते हुए प्रतिदिन परामर्श के लिए आने वाले लोगों  की जानकारी ली। बताया गया कि लगभग 5-6 लोग प्रतिदिन केंद्र में परामर्श लेने आते हैं जिनमे ज्यादातर  शराब व धूम्रपान के आदी लोग होते  हैं।प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की सप्ताह में एक दिन व तीन महीने तक काउंसिलिंग की जाती है। कलेक्टर ने दवा भंडारण कक्ष का निरीक्षण कर भंडारण एवं वितरण की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कालातीत दवाईयों की सुव्यवस्थित  रख रखने के निर्देश दिए। बताया गया कि अस्पताल में  दवाइयों की आपूर्ति सीजीएमएससी के द्वारा की जाती है। कालातीत दवाइयों को अलग रखने की व्यवस्था है। हर माह  कालातीत दवाइयों को सीजीएमएससी को वापस कर दिया जाता है।

Body mass index machine gives information about whether the body is balanced or not as per the standards set for what should be the weight of a healthy person as per his height. When the construction work did not start even after the tender for operating the lift in the hospital, the Collector called the engineer of the Public Works Department and took information regarding the non-start of the construction work and instructions to be present in the office with the concerned contractor the next day. Gave. He also inspected the Nutrition Rehabilitation Center operated in the hospital premises and took information regarding the admitted children. He told the parents of the children that after being discharged from the centre, they should feed their children on time at home as per the diet list given here. There are 5 malnourished children admitted in the center who are being fed as per the diet chart. While inspecting the drug de-addiction center operating in the hospital premises, he took information about the people coming for consultation every day. It was told that about 5-6 people come to the center for counseling every day, most of whom are addicted to alcohol and smoking. Each person is given counseling once a week for three months. The Collector inspected the medicine storage room and took information about its storage and distribution. He gave instructions for proper maintenance of expired medicines. It was told that medicines are supplied to the hospital by CGMSC. There is a system to keep expired medicines separate. Every month the expired medicines are returned to CGMSC.
