कोंडागांव -आगामी लोकसभा निवार्चन के लिए बुधवार को जिला मुख्यालय स्थित स्वामी आत्मानंद स्कूल जामकोटपारा और शासकीय कन्या उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय कोंडागांव में मतदान अधिकारियों को प्रशिक्षण दिया गया, जिनमें पीठासीन अधिकारी, मतदान अधिकारी क्रमांक 1, क्रमांक 2 एवं क्रमांक 03 उपस्थित रहे। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री कुणाल दुदावत ने प्रशिक्षण स्थलों में पहुंचकर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का जायजा लिया। कलेक्टर श्री दुदावत ने मतदान के महत्वपूर्ण कार्य में लगे सभी अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों से कहा कि विश्व के सबसे बड़े लोकतंत्र के सबसे बड़े निर्वाचन कार्य को संपन्न कराने की जिम्मेदारी मिली है, जो अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। उन्होंने कहा कि पहले चरण का प्रशिक्षण आज दिया जा रहा है। इस प्रशिक्षण को पूरी तरह गंभीरता से लें। यह प्रशिक्षण तीन चरणों में दिया जाएगा। द्वितीय चरण के प्रशिक्षण उपरांत परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशों का भलीभांति पालन करते हुए पूरी निष्पक्षता के साथ कार्य करें। किसी भी प्रकार की शिकायत पर निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा कड़ी कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। ईवीएम के संचालन का प्रशिक्षण दिया जायेगा, जिसे गंभीरता पूर्वक सीखें। मतदान हेतु ईवीएम की स्थापना एवं संचालन की विधि को भलीभांति समझें और बिना किसी त्रुटि के संचालन करें। ईवीएम की देखरेख में किसी भी प्रकार की कोताही न बरतें। मतदान की गोपनीयता को बनाएं रखें। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि मतदान के दिन मतदान अधिकारियों को स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी निर्वाचन हेतु कार्यवाहियों के लिए निर्देशिका प्राप्त हुई है। इस निर्देशिका का भली भांति अध्ययन करने के साथ ही इसका पालन सुनिश्चित करें, जिससे किसी भी प्रकार की त्रुटि न हो। निर्वाचन की पूरी प्रक्रिया के दौरान आदर्श आचरण संहिता का पालन करते हुए अपना व्यवहार मर्यादित, संयमित और अनुशासित रखें।

Kondagaon - For the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, training was given to the polling officers on Wednesday at Swami Atmanand School, Jamkotpara located at the district headquarters and Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Kondagaon, in which Presiding Officer, Polling Officer Number 1, Number 2 and Number 03 were present. Collector and District Election Officer Shri Kunal Dudawat reached the training sites and took stock of the training program. Collector Shri Dudawat told all the officers and employees engaged in the important work of voting that they have got the responsibility of conducting the biggest election work of the world's largest democracy, which is very important. He said that the first phase of training is being given today. Take this training completely seriously. This training will be given in three phases. Examination will be conducted after the second phase of training. He said that they should work with complete impartiality while following the instructions of the Election Commission properly. Strict action will be taken by the Election Commission on any kind of complaint. Training will be given to operate EVM, learn it seriously. Understand thoroughly the method of installation and operation of EVM for voting and operate it without any error. Do not be negligent in the maintenance of EVMs. Maintain the secrecy of voting. The Collector said that on the day of voting, polling officers have received guidelines for proceedings for free, fair and transparent elections. Along with studying this guide thoroughly, make sure to follow it so that no error occurs. During the entire election process, follow the model code of conduct and keep your behavior dignified, restrained and disciplined.
