बेमेतरा -  जिला अंतर्गत विधानसभा निर्वाचन 2023 में 63 मतदान केन्द्रों में मतदान का प्रतिशत 70 प्रतिशत से कम रहा था। जिसके परिप्रेक्ष्य में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग निर्वाचनों में मतदान प्रतिशत बढ़ाए जाने सभी यथा संभव प्रयास कर रही है। इसी क्रम में कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री रणबीर शर्मा के निर्देशन एवं मार्गदर्शन में जिला पंचायत सीईओ श्री टेकचंद अग्रवाल ने आज कलेक्टरेट के दिशा सभा कक्ष में बैठक आयोजित की। बैठक में उन्होंने बेमेतरा जिले में मतदान प्रतिशत में वृद्धि किए जाने मतदाता जागरूकता हेतु 28 मार्च 2024 को जिला स्तर पर मंडी प्रांगण बेमेतरा में महिला मतदाता जागरूकता पर वृहद् कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने की रूपरेखा बताई। उन्होंने कहा की इसी दिन प्रत्येक नगरीय निकाय एवं प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत तथा नगरीय निकाय एवं ग्राम पंचायत के प्रत्येक वार्ड स्तर पर भी एक निश्चित समय दोपहर 12.00 बजे एक साथ वृहद् संख्या में महिला मतदाता शपथ कराया जाना है। प्रत्येक स्तर पर लोकसभा आम निर्वाचन के आदर्श आचार संहिता का पालन किया जाएगा। शपथ दिलाए जाने का कार्य किसी सरकारी कर्मचारी/गैर राजनैतिक व्यक्ति के माध्यम से ही कराया जायेगा। नगरीय निकाय एवं ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर निर्धारित प्रारूप में केवल मतदाता शपथ का आयोजन किया जायेगा। इस कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने जिला प्रशासन द्वारा नोडल अधिकारी /सहायक नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला स्तर पर बड़ा कार्यक्रम जिला मुख्यालय के कृषि उपज मंडी परिसर में सुबह 10 बजे से शुरू हो जाएगा। इसमें रंगोली, मेहंदी, क्विज, आदि शुरू हो जाएगा। दोपहर 12 बजे एक निश्चित समय पर प्रत्येक नगरीय निकाय और प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत/जनपद स्तर पर मुख्यालय में तथा इसके प्रत्येक वार्ड में पूरे जिले में एक साथ 1 लाख से अधिक महिला मतदाताओं का मतदाता शपथ का लक्ष्य रहेगा। जिले में सम्पूर्ण कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने श्री टेकचंद ने ग्राम पंचायत सचिव प्रत्येक वार्ड लेवल पर मतदाता शपथ हेतु कर्मचारी अभी से चिन्हांकित कर मतदाता शपथ का प्रारूप उपलब्ध कराने कहा है। वार्ड में शपथ के लिए शासकीय सेवक आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता, शिक्षक, सचिव, रोजगार सहायक, मितानिन आदि का सहयोग ले सकते है।

Bemetara - In the assembly elections 2023 under the district, the voting percentage in 63 polling stations was less than 70 percent. In view of which the Election Commission of India is making all possible efforts to increase the voting percentage in elections. In the same sequence, under the direction and guidance of Collector and District Election Officer Mr. Ranbir Sharma, District Panchayat CEO Mr. Tekchand Aggarwal organized a meeting today in the Disha meeting room of the Collectorate. In the meeting, he told the outline of organizing a massive program on women voter awareness at Mandi Prangan Bemetara at the district level on 28 March 2024 to increase the voting percentage in Bemetara district. He said that on the same day, a large number of women voters are to be administered the oath simultaneously at a fixed time at 12.00 noon in every urban body and every gram panchayat and also at every ward level of the urban body and gram panchayat. The model code of conduct for Lok Sabha general elections will be followed at every level. The work of administering the oath will be done only through a government employee/non-political person. Only voter oath will be organized in the prescribed format at the urban body and gram panchayat level. To make this program successful, a Nodal Officer/Assistant Nodal Officer has been appointed by the District Administration. He said that a big program at the district level will start from 10 am in the agricultural produce market complex of the district headquarters. In this, Rangoli, Mehndi, Quiz, etc. will start. The target of voter oath will be of more than 1 lakh women voters simultaneously in the entire district at a fixed time at 12 noon in every urban body and every gram panchayat/district level headquarters and in each of its wards. To make the entire program successful in the district, Mr. Tekchand has asked Gram Panchayat Secretary to immediately identify the employees for voter oath at each ward level and provide the draft of voter oath. For taking oath in the ward, government servants can take the help of Anganwadi workers, teachers, secretaries, employment assistants, Mitanins etc.
