जगदलपुर -  कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री विजय दयाराम के. ने कहा कि निर्वाचन की प्रारंभिक तैयारी जितना अच्छी करेंगे, उतना ही अच्छे से निर्वाचन के कार्य को संपादित कर सकेंगे। सभी सेक्टर अधिकारी रूट चार्ट के आधार पर आवश्यक तैयारी कर मतदान केंद्रों का निरीक्षण कर लें, मतदान दलों की केंद्रों में पहुंच और वापसी समय पर करवाने की व्यवस्था को सुनिश्चित करें। कलेक्टर श्री विजय मंगलवार को प्रेरणा सभाकक्ष में लोकसभा निर्वाचन हेतु बनाए गए सेक्टर अधिकारियों की प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में निर्देश दे रहे थे। कलेक्टर ने लोकसभा निर्वाचन हेतु बनाए गए सेक्टर अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि सभी सेक्टर अधिकारियों को अपने क्षेत्र में वनरेबल मैपिंग की जानकारी होनी चाहिए। सेक्टर अधिकारी को मॉक पोलिंग समय पर करवाने, रिपोर्टिंग निर्धारित समय पर करने, सेक्टर अधिकारी व पीठासीन की डायरी में डाटा में कोई असमानता नहीं हों और संभावित आवश्यकता को देखते हुए अतिरिक्त ईव्हीएम मशीन की व्यवस्था भी सुनिश्चित करना होगा। उन्होंने पहली बार सेक्टर अधिकारी बनने वाले अधिकारियों से चर्चा कर सजगता के साथ दायित्व निर्वहन किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर ने मतदान दलों को दी जाने वाले तीन चरणों को प्रशिक्षण में सेक्टर अधिकारियों को उपस्थित रहने के निर्देश दिए। प्रशिक्षण में सेक्टर अधिकारियों को मतदान केंद्रों की व्यवस्था, मतदान दलों को सामग्री वितरण पश्चात मतदान केंद्रों के लिए रवानगी, मतदान के दिन सही समय पर मॉक पोल करवाने, समय-समय मतदान की रिपोर्टिंग, ईवीएम मशीन सहित मतदान दलों की सकुशल वापसी, समय पर पूरा फॉर्मेट का संधारण, सीलिंग सहित अन्य आवश्यक जानकारी दी गई। साथ ही विधानसभा निर्वाचन में बने सेक्टर अधिकारियों से उनके अपने अनुभव के आधार पर आई समस्या पर भी चर्चा किया गया। साथ ही ईव्हीएम मशीन का भी हैंड ऑन प्रशिक्षण भी दिया गया। इस अवसर पर जिला पंचायत सीईओ श्री प्रकाश सर्वे, नोडल अधिकारी प्रशिक्षण श्री सुनील शर्मा, सभी अनुविभागीय अधिकारी राजस्व सहित सभी सेक्टर अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

Collector Mr. Vijay was giving instructions in the training program of sector officers organized for the Lok Sabha elections in Prerna Hall on Tuesday. The Collector directed the sector officers appointed for the Lok Sabha elections that all the sector officers should be aware of the sustainable mapping in their area. The Sector Officer will have to ensure that mock polling is done on time, reporting is done on time, there is no discrepancy in the data in the diaries of the Sector Officer and the Presiding Officer and in view of the possible need, arrangements for additional EVM machines will also have to be ensured. He discussed with the officers who became sector officers for the first time and instructed them to discharge their responsibilities with caution. The Collector instructed the sector officers to be present in the three phases of training given to the polling parties. The training included arrangement of polling stations for sector officers, distribution of material to the polling parties and departure for the polling stations, conducting mock polls at the right time on the day of polling, timely reporting of polling, safe return of polling parties along with EVM machines, timely Complete format maintenance, sealing and other necessary information were given. Besides, the problems faced by the sector officers during the assembly elections were also discussed on the basis of their own experience. Besides, hands-on training on EVM machines was also given. On this occasion, District Panchayat CEO Mr. Prakash Sarve, Nodal Officer Training Mr. Sunil Sharma, all sub-divisional officers including revenue and all sector officers were present.
