जिले में आदर्श आचरण संहिता लागू कलेक्टर ने किया आदेश जारी jari Aaj Tak 24 News 

गौरेला-पेंड्रा-मरवाही - भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा आगामी छत्तीसगढ़ लोकसभा सामान्य निर्वाचन 2024 की घोषणा के साथ ही जिले में आदर्श आचरण संहिता लागू हो गई है। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्रीमती लीना कमलेश मंडावी ने आयोग द्वारा निष्पक्ष एवं शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से चुनाव संपादित करने के लिए सभी राजनीतिक दलों, अभ्यर्थियों एवं शासकीय सेवकों के लिये आदर्श आचरण संहिता का अक्षरशः पालन करने 16 मार्च को आदेश जारी कर दिया है। कलेक्टर ने कहा है कि आदर्श आचरण संहिता का कड़ाई से पालन सुनिश्चित किया जाना अति आवश्यक है, ताकि निष्पक्ष एवं शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से निर्वाचन का कार्य सम्पन्न किया जा सके और चूंकि निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ हो चुकी है, अतः दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा-144 (1) ए, 144 (2) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुये गौरेला पेण्ड्रा मरवाही जिले के अंदर सभी राजनीतिक दलों से संबंद्ध व्यक्तियों, समस्त अभ्यर्थियों एवं समस्त शासकीय सेवकों को निर्वाचन आदर्श संहिता का पालन करने का आदेश देती हूं।

Collector issued order to implement model code of conduct in the district for fair and peaceful elections.

Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi - With the announcement of the upcoming Chhattisgarh Lok Sabha General Election 2024 by the Election Commission of India, the Model Code of Conduct has come into force in the district. Collector and District Election Officer Smt. Leena Kamlesh Mandavi has issued an order on March 16 for all political parties, candidates and government servants to follow the Model Code of Conduct in letter and spirit to conduct the elections in a fair and peaceful manner. The Collector has said that it is very important to ensure strict adherence to the Model Code of Conduct, so that the election work can be conducted in a fair and peaceful manner and since the election process has started, hence Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (1) Using the powers granted in section 144 (2), I order the persons belonging to all political parties, all candidates and all government servants within the Gaurela Pendra Marwahi district to follow the election model code.
