रायपुर - मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी श्रीमती रीना बाबासाहेब कंगाले ने आज लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 अंतर्गत अधिसूचित “अनिवार्य सेवाओं” के राज्य स्तरीय विभागीय नोडल अधिकारियों की आयोजित बैठक में जानकारी दी कि भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य हेतु 10 सेवाओं को “अनिवार्य सेवा” के रूप में अधिसूचित किया गया है। इन 10 सेवाओं में स्वास्थ्य विभाग, विद्युत विभाग, रेल परिवहन, डाक एवं टेलीग्राम विभाग, बीएसएनएल, आल इण्डिया रेडियो, दूरदर्शन, छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य सहकारी दुग्ध संघ मर्यादित, मीडियाकर्मी जिन्हें आयोग की अनुमति से प्राधिकार पत्र जारी किये जाएंगे एवं भारतीय खाद्य निगम शामिल हैं। मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी श्रीमती रीना बाबा साहेब कंगाले ने बताया कि आयोग के निर्देशानुसार अनिवार्य सेवा के रूप में अधिसूचित किए जाने से इन सेवाओं के ऐसे कर्मचारी, जो अपनी शासकीय ड्यूटी के कारण मतदान दिवस को मतदान केंद्र पर जाकर अपना वोट नहीं डाल पाते है, केवल उनके लिए डाकमत पत्र के माध्यम से मतदान की सुविधा प्रदान की जाती है। ऐसे सभी कर्मियों को प्रारूप 12घ पर निर्वाचन की अधिसूचना जारी होने के पांच दिनों के भीतर संबंधित सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी के समक्ष अपना आवेदन करना होता है। छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में लोकसभा का निर्वाचन तीन चरणों में होगा। बस्तर लोकसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लिए फॉर्म 12घ जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 25 मार्च 2024, राजनांदगांव, कांकेर एवं महासमुंद में अंतिम तिथि 2 अप्रैल 2024, सरगुजा, रायगढ़, जांजगीर-चांपा, कोरबा, बिलासपुर, दुर्ग एवं रायपुर में अंतिम तिथि 17 अप्रैल 2024 है।प्रारूप 12घ में आवेदन करने वाले कर्मचारी को आवेदन में अपना मोबाइल नम्बर, वोटर आईडी नंबर एवं मतदाता सूची में भाग संख्या एवं सरल क्रमांक सही-सही दर्ज करना होगा। उन्हें वोटर आईडी कार्ड की छायाप्रति भी साथ में संलग्न करनी होगी। निर्वाचक नामावली में कर्मचारी की अद्यतन भाग संख्या एवं सरल क्रमांक पता करने हेतु वोटर हेल्पलाइन एप्प का उपयोग किया जा सकता है जिसमे वोटर आईडी कार्ड नंबर डालकर इसे खोजा जा सकता है। बैठक में सभी राज्य स्तरीय नोडल अधिकारियों को जिला स्तर पर नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

Voting facility is provided for them through postal ballot paper. All such personnel have to submit their application on Form 12D to the concerned Assistant Returning Officer within five days of the issue of election notification. Lok Sabha elections in the state of Chhattisgarh will be held in three phases. Last date for submission of Form 12D for Bastar Lok Sabha constituency is 25 March 2024, in Rajnandgaon, Kanker and Mahasamund last date is 2 April 2024, in Surguja, Raigarh, Janjgir-Champa, Korba, Bilaspur, Durg and Raipur last date is 17 April 2024. The employee applying in Form 12D will have to enter his mobile number, voter ID number, part number and simple number in the voter list correctly in the application. They will also have to attach a photocopy of the Voter ID card. To find out the updated part number and simple number of the employee in the electoral roll, Voter Helpline App can be used, in which it can be searched by entering the Voter ID card number. In the meeting, instructions were given to all the state level nodal officers to appoint nodal officers at the district level.
