राजगढ़़ - ग्रामीणजनों के लिये विद्युत से सुरक्षा साबधानियों पर नजर रखने के लिये विद्युत वितरण कंपनी ने एडवाइजरी जारी की है। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में असावधानीवश विद्युत से कई बार अप्रिय घटनाएं घट जाती हैं। गर्मी के मौसम में इस प्रकार की दुर्घटनाओं से कईं बार व्यापक स्तर पर जन-धन की हानि होती हैं। इनसे सुरक्षा के लिए मध्य क्षेत्र विद्युत वितरण कंपनी ने ग्रामीणजनों से सावधानी बरतने की अपील की है। अपील में कहा गया है कि कभी भी विद्युत लाइनों, उपकरणों एवं खंभों से छेड़खानी न करें क्योंकि ऐसा करना विद्युत अधिनियम 2003 के अंतर्गत दण्डनीय अपराध है। थोड़ी सी भी असावधानी या छेड़खानी से बड़े-बड़े खतरे पैदा हो सकते हैं। ग्रामीणों से अपील की गई है कि ऐसी लाइनें जिनमें विद्युत शक्ति प्रवाहित होती है, उन्हें ऑंधी तूफान या अन्य किसी कारण से टूटने वाले तारों को अकस्मात् छूने का प्रयास न करें। इस दौरान जरूरी होगा कि लाइन टूटने की सूचना तत्काल निकटस्थ बिजली कंपनी के अधिकारी को अथवा विद्युत कर्मचारी को दें। इसके लिये आवश्यकतानुसार किसी जिम्मेदार व्यक्तियों को अन्य यात्रियों को चेतावनी देने के लिये निर्देशित कर निुयक्त किया जायें। किसानों को सलाह दी गई है कि वे खेतों खलिहानों में ऊॅंची-ऊंची घास की गंजी, कटी फसल की ढेरियां, झोपड़ी, मकान अथवा तंबू आदि विद्युत लाइनों के नीचे अथवा अत्यंत समीप न बनायें। विद्युत लाइनों के नीचे से अनाज, भूसे आदि की ऊँची भरी हुई गाड़ियॉं न निकालें, इससे आग लगने एवं जान जाने का खतरा है। बहुत से स्थानों पर बच्चे पतंग अथवा लंगर का खेल खेलते-खेलते तरह-तरह के धागे और डोर विद्युत लाइनों में फंसा देते हैं। ऐसा करने से उन्हें रोकें। लाइनों में फंसी पतंग निकालने के लिए बच्चों को कभी भी खंभे पर न चढ़ने दें। इससे एक ओर जहां दुर्घटना को टाला जा सकेगा वहीं दूसरी ओर आप होने वाली आर्थिक हानि से भी बच सकेंगे।

In rural areas, many times unpleasant incidents occur due to careless use of electricity. During the summer season, such accidents often result in loss of life and property on a large scale. To be safe from these, the Central Region Electricity Distribution Company has appealed to the villagers to take precautions. It has been said in the appeal that one should never tamper with electrical lines, equipment and poles because doing so is a punishable offense under the Electricity Act 2003. Even the slightest carelessness or tampering can lead to big dangers. Villagers have been appealed not to accidentally touch the lines through which electric power flows, which may break due to storm or any other reason. During this time, it will be necessary to immediately inform the nearest electricity company officer or electrical employee about the line break. For this, as per requirement, some responsible persons should be directed and appointed to warn other passengers. Farmers have been advised not to build tall haystacks, heaps of harvested crops, huts, houses or tents in fields, barns etc. under or very close to power lines. Do not remove carts loaded with grains, straw etc. from under power lines, this poses a risk of fire and loss of life. At many places, children, while playing kites or langar, get various types of threads and strings entangled in power lines. Stop them from doing this. Never allow children to climb a pole to retrieve a kite stuck in the lines. On the one hand, this will help in avoiding accidents and on the other hand, you will also be able to avoid financial loss.
