दंतेवाड़ा - लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 हेतु (अजजा) को प्रथम चरण में मतदान नियत होने के तहत निर्वाचन के दौरान जिले में कानून व्यवस्था बनाये रखने हेतु किये गये तैयारियों के संबंध में कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी मयंक चतुर्वेदी एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक गौरव राय की अध्यक्षता में जिला कार्यालय दन्तेवाड़ा के भू-तल स्थित सभा कक्ष में नियंत्रणकर्ता अधिकारियों की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक का आयोजन किया गया।        आयोजित बैठक में उपस्थित राजस्व एवं पुलिस अधिकारियों को निर्वाचन दायित्वों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ गंभीरतापूर्वक निर्वहन किये जाने का निर्देश दिया गया। अधिकारीद्धय ने इस दिशा में समय पूर्व संबंधित कार्यों के लिए तैयारी पूरा करने का निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिया। ताकि लोकसभा आम चुनाव 2024 के अवसर पर चुनाव सामग्री, मतदान दलों एवं चुनाव में भाग लेने वालों की सुरक्षा तथा मतदाताओं को बिना डर, भय के निर्भीक होकर अपने मत का प्रयोग करने का अवसर प्रदान करने एवं चुनाव के अवसर पर कानून व्यवस्था को नियंत्रित कर आदर्श आचार संहिता का पालन भी सुनिश्चित किया जा सके। इस हेतु कलेक्टर एवं जिला दण्डाधिकारी मयंक चतुर्वेदी ने दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता की धारा 144 (2) के अंतर्गत निम्नाकिंत प्रतिबंधात्मक आदेश पारित किया है। 16 मार्च 2024 से 04 जून 2024 तक किसी भी व्यक्ति अथवा व्यक्तियों के समूह द्वारा भले ही वह अनुप्तिधारी हो, किसी भी प्रकार का विस्फोटक पदार्थ, अस्त्र-शस्त्र, लाठी, डण्डा एवं अन्य धारदार हथियार लेकर जिला कार्यालय परिसर, जिले के लोकसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र कार्यालय एवं उक्त क्षेत्र के मतदान केन्द्र, सामग्री वितरण एवं वापसी केन्द्र तथा मतगणना केन्द्र में प्रवेश नहीं करेगा। ड्यूटी में तैनात सी.आर.पी.एफ., एस.ए.एफ., सशस्त्र बटालियन एवं अन्य सशस्त्र सुरक्षा कर्मी इस प्रतिबंधात्मक आदेश के प्रभाव से मुक्त रहेंगे। 16 मार्च 2024 से 04 जून 2024 तक किसी भी व्यक्ति अथवा व्यक्तियों के समूह द्वारा भले ही वह अनुप्तिधारी हो, किसी भी प्रकार का विस्फोटक पदार्थ, अस्त्र-शस्त्र, लाठी, डण्डा एवं अन्य धारदार हथियार लेकर जिला कार्यालय परिसर, जिले के लोकसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र कार्यालय एवं उक्त क्षेत्र के मतदान केन्द्र, सामग्री वितरण एवं वापसी केन्द्र तथा मतगणना केन्द्र में प्रवेश नहीं करेगा। ड्यूटी में तैनात सी.आर.पी.एफ., एस.ए.एफ., सशस्त्र बटालियन एवं अन्य सशस्त्र सुरक्षा कर्मी इस प्रतिबंधात्मक आदेश के प्रभाव से मुक्त रहेंगे। कोई भी व्यक्ति अथवा व्यक्तियों के समूह द्वारा प्रश्नाधीन अवधि में विस्फोटक सामग्री, लाठी, डण्डा, अस्त्र-शस्त्र एवं धारदार हथियार लेकर नहीं चलेगा, न ही चलने के लिये किसी को प्रेरित किया जावेगा । यह आदेश जिले की सामान्य जनता को संबोधित किया जाता है और दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता की धारा 144(2) के अधीन एक पक्षीय पारित किया जाता है, आदेश तत्काल प्रभावशील होगा 16 मार्च से 04 जून 2024 की रात्रि 12 बजे तक प्रभावशील रहेगा। 

Collector and Superintendent of Police held a meeting of officers regarding “Law and Order”.

Dantewada - Collector and District Election Officer Mayank Chaturvedi and Superintendent of Police Gaurav Rai, regarding the preparations made to maintain law and order in the district during the first phase of voting for Lok Sabha elections 2024 (ST) on . Under the chairmanship, an important meeting of controlling officers was organized in the meeting room located on the ground floor of District Office Dantewada. The revenue and police officers present in the meeting were instructed to discharge their election responsibilities seriously with mutual coordination. In this direction, the officer directed the officers to complete the preparations for related works well in advance. So that on the occasion of Lok Sabha General Election 2024, security of election material, polling parties and election participants and to provide voters the opportunity to exercise their vote boldly without any fear and intimidation and to control law and order on the occasion of election. Adherence to the model code of conduct can also be ensured. For this, Collector and District Magistrate Mayank Chaturvedi has passed the following restrictive order under Section 144 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. From 16 March 2024 to 04 June 2024, any person or group of persons, even if he is a license holder, carrying any kind of explosive material, weapons, sticks, sticks and other sharp weapons in the District Office Complex, Lok Sabha Constituency of the district. Will not enter the office and the polling center, material distribution and return center and vote counting center of the said area. CRPF, SAF, armed battalions and other armed security personnel deployed on duty will remain free from the effect of this restrictive order.From 16 March 2024 to 04 June 2024, any person or group of persons, even if he is a license holder, carrying any kind of explosive material, weapons, sticks, sticks and other sharp weapons in the District Office Complex, Lok Sabha Constituency of the district. Will not enter the office and the polling center, material distribution and return center and vote counting center of the said area. CRPF, SAF, armed battalions and other armed security personnel deployed on duty will remain free from the effect of this restrictive order. No person or group of persons will carry explosive materials, sticks, sticks, weapons and sharp weapons during the period in question, nor will anyone be encouraged to do so. This order is addressed to the general public of the district and is passed ex parte under Section 144 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the order will be effective immediately and will remain in effect till 12 midnight from 16 March to 04 June 2024.
