सीहोर - भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 के कार्यक्रम की धोषणा के साथ ही आदर्श आचार संहिता प्रभावशील हो गई है। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री प्रवीण सिंह ने निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया सुव्यावस्थित और शांति पूर्वक संचालित हो इसके लिए गत दिवस दण्ड प्रक्रिया के तहत आदेशजारी किये गये है। आयोग व्दारा राजनैतिक दलो और अभ्यर्थियों के लिए आदर्श आचार संहिता तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू हो गई है। संहिता के अनुसार सभी दलो एवं अभ्यर्थियों को ऐसे सभी कार्यों जो निर्वाचन विधि के अधीन भ्रष्ट आचरण और अपराध की श्रेणी में आते हो ऐसे कार्यो से ईमानदारी से बचना चाहिएएवं निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया के दौरान ऐसा कोई कृत्य न तो स्वयं और न ही अपने प्रतिनिधियों के व्दारा करना चाहिए जिससे शांतिपूर्ण निष्पक्ष चुनाव में व्यवधान उत्पन्न हो। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री सिंह ने सभी राजनैतिक दलो और अभ्यर्थियों से आदर्श आचरण संहिता का पालन सुनिश्चित करते हुऐ स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष व शांतिपूर्ण मतदान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रतिबंधात्मक जारी किये गये है। निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया सुव्यावस्थित और शांति पूर्वक संचालित हो आम लोगों को सुरक्षा शांति पूर्ण वतवरण निर्मित रहे इसके लिए हथियारों के उपयोग प्रतिबंध रहेगा। निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया के दौरान स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष और शांतिपूर्ण निर्वाचन के लिए निर्वाचन अवधि के दौरान सभी प्रकार के हथियारो के प्रदर्शन पर रोक अत्यावश्यक है। भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के सामान्य निर्देश के तहत लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के समय कानून व्यवस्था बनाये रखने एवं मतदान केन्द्रों पर बलात कब्जा करने की घटनाओं की रोकथाम एवं मतदाताओं, मतदान से संबंध अधिकरियों/कर्मचारियों को डराने-धमकाने एवं अनुचित घटनाओं की रोकथाम के लिए धारा-144 के अंतर्गत तुरन्त कार्यवाही की जाना वांछनीय है।इस लिये जिला दंडाधिकारी श्री प्रवीण सिंहद्वारा धारा 144 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये प्रतिबंधात्मक आदेश किये गये है। आदेश के तहत कोई व्यक्ति बंदूक, विस्फोटक सामग्री, किसी भी प्रकार का आग्नेय शस्त्र तथा प्राणघातक धारदार हथियार लेकर सार्वजनिक स्थान पर प्रदर्शन नहीं करेगा। (सुरक्षा से संबंधित कर्मचारियों एवं प्राधिकृत व्यक्तियों को छोड़कर)दिव्यांग, वृद्ध व्यक्तियों के अतिरिक्त कोई भी व्यक्ति सार्वजनिक स्थान पर लाठी, डंडे लेकर नहीं घूमेंगा।किसी भी सार्वजनिक स्थान पर कोई भी व्यक्ति अथवा व्यक्ति समूह साम्प्रदायिकता, जातिगत विद्वेष भड़काने वाले भाषण नहीं करेगा और न उसमें सम्मिलित होगा तथा सोशल मीडिया पर भी कोई व्यक्ति उक्त संबंध में न तो पोस्ट करेगा और न ही कमेन्ट "करेगा। कोई भी व्यक्ति ईंट, पत्थर, सोडावाटर की बोतलें, ऐसिड या अन्य घातक पदार्थ एकत्रित नहीं करेगा जिसके उपयोग से चोट पहुंचाई जा सकती है ।कोई भी व्यक्ति ऐसी अफवाहें नहीं फैलायेगा, जिससे जनसाधारण में भय का वातावरण उत्पन्न होकोई भी व्यक्ति ऐसा कोई कार्य नहीं करेगा, जिसके कारण शैक्षणिक संस्थायें, होटल, दुकानें, उद्योग एवं निजी तथा सार्वजनिक सेवाओं में व्यवधान हो।

Prohibitory orders to ensure free, fair, peaceful voting

Sehore - With the announcement of the schedule of Lok Sabha elections 2024 by the Election Commission of India, the Model Code of Conduct has become effective. Collector and District Election Officer Shri Praveen Singh has issued orders under the penal process last day to ensure that the election process is conducted in an organized and peaceful manner. The Model Code of Conduct for political parties and candidates has been implemented by the Commission with immediate effect. According to the Code, all parties and candidates should honestly avoid all such acts which fall under the category of corrupt practices and crimes under the election law and neither themselves nor their representatives should do any such act during the election process. Which should cause disruption in peaceful and fair elections. Collector and District Election Officer Shri Singh has issued restrictive orders to ensure free, fair and peaceful voting by ensuring adherence to the Model Code of Conduct from all political parties and candidates. There will be a ban on the use of weapons to ensure that the election process is organized and conducted peacefully and that a peaceful and orderly environment is created for the safety of the common people. A ban on display of all types of weapons during the election period is essential for free, fair and peaceful elections. Under the general instructions of the Election Commission of India, to maintain law and order at the time of Lok Sabha elections 2024 and to prevent incidents of forcible capture of polling stations and to prevent intimidation of voters and officers/employees related to voting and to prevent inappropriate incidents, Section- It is desirable to take immediate action under Section 144. Therefore, restrictive orders have been issued by District Magistrate Shri Praveen Singh using the powers granted under Section 144. Under the order, no person will demonstrate in a public place with a gun, explosive material, any type of firearm or lethal edged weapon.
