राजनांदगांव - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री संजय अग्रवाल ने आज कलेक्टोरेट सभाकक्ष में लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के दृष्टिगत केबल ऑपरेटर एवं टीवी चैनल ऑपरेटर की बैठक ली। कलेक्टर श्री अग्रवाल ने कहा कि केबल एवं टीवी चैनलों में राजनीतिक विज्ञापनों के प्रसारण करने के पहले जिला स्तरीय मीडिया प्रमाणन एवं अनुवीक्षण समिति से पूर्व प्रमाणन कराना आवश्यक है। उन्होंने कहा कि राजनीतिक दल, निर्वाचन लडऩे वाले अभ्यर्थी, संगठन, संघ या व्यक्तियों का समूह द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार के विज्ञापन केबल एवं टीवी चैनल में प्रसारित करने से पहले केबल ऑपरेटर एवं टीवी चैनल ऑपरेटर को जिला स्तरीय मीडिया प्रमाणन एवं अनुवीक्षण समिति से अनुमति लेना आवश्यक होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि विज्ञापन के कंटेन्ट में किसी जाति, धर्म, सम्प्रदाय, वर्ग विशेष से संबंधित आलोचना एवं उसके विरूद्ध विज्ञापन नहीं होना चाहिए। जिससे कि सामाजिक सौहाद्र्र पर विपरीत प्रभाव पड़ता हो। ऐसे कंटेन्ट पाये जाने पर संबंधित केबल ऑपरेटर एवं टीवी चैनल ऑपरेटर पर दण्डात्मक कार्यवाही की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि कोई भी विज्ञापन केबल एवं टीवी चैनल मेें देने के पहले जिला स्तरीय मीडिया प्रमाणन एवं अनुवीक्षण समिति से विज्ञापन का प्रमाणन कराना अनिवार्य होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि वीडियो, ऑडियो किसी भी प्रकार का विज्ञापन हो एमसीएमसी द्वारा विज्ञापन प्रमाणन होने के बाद ही केबल एवं टीवी चैनलों में प्रसारित करने कहा। इस अवसर पर अपर कलेक्टर श्री सीएल मारकण्डेय, अपर कलेक्टर श्रीमती इंदिरा नवीन प्रताप सिंह, उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री खेमलाल वर्मा सहित अन्य अधिकारी एवं केबल ऑपरेटर उपस्थित थे।

Rajnandgaon - Collector and District Election Officer Shri Sanjay Aggarwal today held a meeting of cable operators and TV channel operators in view of the Lok Sabha elections 2024 in the Collectorate meeting room. Collector Shri Aggarwal said that before telecasting political advertisements on cable and TV channels, it is necessary to get prior certification from the district level media certification and monitoring committee. He said that before telecasting any kind of advertisement by a political party, election contesting candidate, organization, association or group of individuals on cable and TV channels, cable operators and TV channel operators should take permission from the District Level Media Certification and Monitoring Committee. Will be necessary. He said that the content of the advertisement should not contain criticism related to any caste, religion, sect or class and advertisement against it. Due to which social harmony is adversely affected. If such content is found, punitive action will be taken against the concerned cable operator and TV channel operator. He said that before giving any advertisement in cable and TV channels, it will be mandatory to get the advertisement certified by the district level media certification and monitoring committee. He said that any kind of advertisement, be it video or audio, should be telecast on cable and TV channels only after the advertisement is certified by MCMC. On this occasion, Additional Collector Mr. CL Markandey, Additional Collector Mrs. Indira Naveen Pratap Singh, Deputy District Election Officer Mr. Khemlal Verma and other officers and cable operators were present.
