रतलाम - कलेक्टर श्री राजेश बाथम के निर्देशन में जिला आबकारी विभाग द्वारा सक्रियता के साथ कार्यवाही करते हुए बुधवार को रतलाम शहर में अवैध शराब जब्त की गई। आरोपी को गिरफ्तार भी किया गया।सहायक आयुक्त डॉ. शादाब अहमद सिद्दीकी ने बताया कि 20 मार्च को मुखबिर की सूचना पर रतलाम शहर में अवैध रूप से विदेशी मदिरा की होम डिलीवरी करने वाले निलेश बोथरा को बाजना स्टैंड के आगे चौराहे पर घेराबंदी कर एक्सेस स्कूटर से मदिरा ले जाते हुए रोका गया। बोथरा से पूछताछ अनुसार उसके कस्तूरबा नगर मैन रोड के पास स्थित घर पर मय स्टाफ तलाशी लेने पर विदेशी मदिरा की 9 पेटी से ज्यादा 12 ब्रांड की विदेशी मदिरा मात्रा जब्त की गई। जब्त शराब की मात्रा 81.75 बल्क लीटर है जिसकी कीमत 1 लाख 48 हजार 930 है, एक एक्सेस गाड़ी क्रमांक एम.पी. 43-8509 अनुमानित कीमत 50 हजार रुपए होकर कुल जब्ती की कीमत लगभग 2 लाख रुपए है।उक्त कार्यवाही में सहायक जिला आबकारी अधिकारी श्री पी.सी. केरवार, आबकारी वृत्त प्रभारी श्री चेतन वैद, आबकारी उप निरीक्षक श्रीमती वंदना अग्रवाल, श्री पुष्पराज चौहान, श्री अशोक दवे, कांस्टेबल श्री भगवती सोलंकी, भावना, पुष्पा, मीना विक्टोरिया, श्री बनसिंह, श्री संतोष नेका, नगर सैनिक श्री चेतराम, श्री बद्रीलाल भी संयुक्त दल में शामिल थे।
