फसल अवशेषों को खेतों में नही जलाने के लिए प्रतिबंधात्मक आदेश जारी jari Aaj Tak 24 News 

शाजापुर - जिले में रबी फसल गेहूँ की कटाई उपरांत बचे हुए अवशेषों (नरवाई) को खेतों में जलाए जाने से पर्यावरण, जन स्वास्थ्य एवं जीव जन्तुओं को होने वाली हानि को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए कलेक्टर एवं जिला दण्डाधिकारी सुश्री ऋजु बाफना ने शाजापुर जिले की सीमा क्षेत्र में भारतीय दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 144 के तहत नरवाई जलाने पर प्रतिबंध तथा नरवाई जलाने पर दण्ड का प्रावधान किया है। जारी किये गए आदेशानुसार किसी भूमि धारित व्यक्ति या निकाय द्वारा दो एकड़ से कम क्षेत्रफल के खेतों में फसल कटाई उपरांत फसल अवशेषो (नरवाई) को जलाने पर 2 हजार 500 रूपये, दो एकड़ या उससे अधिक व पाँच एकड़ से कम भूमिधारित व्यक्ति / निकाय द्वारा नरवाई जलाने पर 5 हजार रुपए तथा पांच एकड़ या उससे अधिक के क्षेत्र में भूमिधारित व्यक्ति / निकाय द्वारा फसल कटाई उपरात अवशेषो नरवाई जलाने पर 15 हजार रूपये प्रति उल्लंघन पर पर्यावरण क्षतिपूर्ति राशि अधिरोपित कर वसूल की जायेगी। कलेक्टर एवं जिला दंडाधिकारी सुश्री बाफना ने जिले के अनुविभागीय दण्डाधिकारियों को अपने-अपने अनुभाग अन्तर्गत कार्यवाही कर संबंधित उल्लंघनकर्ता व्यक्ति या निकाय से पर्यावरण क्षतिपूर्ति राशि वसूल कर राशि शासकीय कोष में जमा कराने के आदेश दिये हैं। यदि कोई व्यक्ति इस आदेश का उल्लंघन करेगा तो भारतीय दण्ड संहिता 1860 की धारा 188 के तहत कार्यवाही होगी।

Under Section 144 of the Indian Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, there is a provision for ban on burning of Narvai and punishment for burning Narvai. As per the order issued, Rs 2,500 will be charged on burning of crop residues (weeds) after harvesting in fields of less than two acres by any land holding person or body, and Rs 2,500 for burning of land holding land of two acres or more and less than five acres by any person/body. An environmental compensation amount of Rs 5,000 will be imposed on burning of stubble and Rs 15,000 per violation for burning of post-harvest residue by a person/body holding land in an area of ​​five acres or more. Collector and District Magistrate Ms. Bafna has ordered the sub-divisional magistrates of the district to take action under their respective sections and collect environmental compensation amount from the concerned violator person or body and deposit the amount in the government fund. If any person violates this order, action will be taken under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code 1860.
