अशेाक नगर - म.प्र. राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण द्वारा वातावरण को संरक्षित करने के उद्देश्य से 01 अप्रैल 2024 को अप्रैल कूल पर आधारित एक दिवसीय प्रदेश व्यापी वृहद वृक्षारोपण कार्यक्रम चलाया गया । इस संबंध में प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश एवं अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण श्री पवन कुमार शर्मा द्वारा समस्त न्यायाधीशगण के साथ न्यायालय परिसर स्थित न्यायालय वाटिका में पौधारोपण किया गया। उक्त अभियान के अंतर्गत जिला न्यायालय एवं तहसील न्यायालय में फूलदार, छायादार, फलदार एवं औषधीय महत्व के पौधे लगाये गये । इस अवसर पर आयोजित विधिक जागरूकता शिविर में पर्यावरण के महत्व को समझाते हुए पर्यावरण संबंधी कानूनों की जानकारी भी दी गई।श्री शर्मा ने संदेश दिया कि समाज के प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को अपने जीवन में कम से कम एक-एक पौधा जरूर लगाना चाहिए और उसकी देखभाल अपने घर के सदस्य की तरह करना चाहिए, क्योंकि वृक्ष हमेशा परोपकार का कार्य करते हैं। तत्पश्चात् प्रवासी पक्षियों हेतु पेड़ों पर सकोरे लटकाये गये तथा पक्षकारों के लिए शीलत पानी हेतु मिट्टी के मटके रखे गये। उक्त पौधारोपण अभियान में समस्त न्यायाधीशगण, जिला अभिभाषक संघ के अध्यक्ष श्री महेन्द्र सिंह यादव, जिला विधिक सहायता अधिकारी बृजेश पटेल, लीगल एड डिफेंस काउंसल के अधिवक्तागण एवं पैरालीगल वालंटियर्स ने भाग लिया।

With the aim of preserving the environment, a one-day state-wide massive tree plantation program based on April Cool was conducted by the State Legal Services Authority on 01 April 2024. In this regard, Principal District Judge and Chairman District Legal Services Authority Mr. Pawan Kumar Sharma along with all the judges planted saplings in the court garden located in the court premises. Under the said campaign, flowering, shady, fruit bearing and medicinal plants were planted in the District Court and Tehsil Court. In the legal awareness camp organized on this occasion, the importance of environment was explained and information related to environmental laws was also given. Shri Sharma gave the message that every person of the society should plant at least one plant in his life and take care of it. You should do it like a member of your family, because trees always do charitable work. Thereafter, baskets were hung on the trees for migratory birds and earthen pots were kept for cool water for the parties. All the judges, District Advocates Association President Mr. Mahendra Singh Yadav, District Legal Aid Officer Brijesh Patel, lawyers and paralegal volunteers of Legal Aid Defense Council participated in the said plantation campaign.
