छिंदवाड़ा - सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता भगवानदीन साहू के नेतृत्व में बहुत से धार्मिक एवं सामाजिक संगठनों ने 14 अप्रैल को संविधान निर्माता बाबासाहेब डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर के जन्मदिन पर उनकी प्रतिमा के समक्ष माल्यार्पण कर मौन धरना प्रदर्शन कर संविधान के दुरुपयोग रोकने की राष्ट्रपति जी , केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री और न्यायव्यवस्था से जुड़े लोगों के नाम  जिला कलेक्टर  को  ज्ञापन देकर प्रार्थना की- ज्ञापन में बताया कि बाबा साहब अम्बेडकर जी द्वारा निर्मित संविधान का उसके पालन करवाने वाले लोगों द्वारा जानबूझकर घोर दुरुपयोग किया जा रहा है । संविधान में एक पॉक्सो एक्ट है जो बाल उत्पीड़न रोकने के लिए बनाया गया है । इस एक्ट का सर्वप्रथम नियम यह है कि जिस भी व्यक्ति पर पॉक्सो एक्ट में प्रकरण दर्ज होता है ; सबसे पहले उसकी गिरफ्तारी होती है ! बाद में जांच शुरू होती हैं । पर देश की कुछ राज्य सरकारों की पुलिस अपने-अपने मनमाने ढंग से इस एक्ट का उपयोग कर रहीं हैं । सबसे पहले इस एक्ट पर सनातन संस्कृति के रक्षक निर्दोष संत श्री आशारामजी बापू पर षडयंत्रपूर्वक प्रकरण दर्ज किया गया । नियमानुसार प्रकरण दर्ज होते ही तुरंत उन्हें गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया फिर उसके बाद जांच शुरू की गई जो कि औपचारिकता मात्र थी। वहीं राजनीतिक पार्टियों से जुड़े लोग जिसमें पहलवान ब्रजभूषण सिंह , कर्नाटक के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री येदियुरप्पा , इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया से जुड़े दीपक चौरसिया जैसे अनगिनत नाम हैं जिन पर भी पॉक्सो एक्ट के अंतर्गत प्रकरण दर्ज हुआ पर आज तक इनकी गिरफ्तारी नहीं की गई । कानून तो एक ही है पर इसके पालन करवाने वाले अपने - अपने हिसाब से इस कानून की व्याख्या कर रहें हैं ।  जो कि सरेआम संविधान का दुरुपयोग है । यह भी देखने में आया कि बड़े - बड़े आतंकवादियों के लिए या दुष्ट राजनेताओं के लिए न्यायालय रात में भी खुल जाता हैं, तुरंत उनकी सुनवाई होती हैं वहीं हिन्दू धर्म से जुड़े लोगों के साथ दुर्भावनावश कार्य किया जा रहा है । बाबा साहब अम्बेडकर ने  गरीब , दबे कुचले पीड़ित लोगों की रक्षा के लिए संविधान का निर्माण किया था जो आज  न्यायव्यवस्था के चक्रव्यूह में फंसे हैं ।  जोधपुर पुलिस , दिल्ली ,गुजरात , कर्नाटक ,हरियाणा पुलिस ने सविधान का दुरुपयोग कर  बाबा साहब का नाम  कलंकित किया है । इन पर आवश्यक कार्यवाही की मांग की ,  ज्ञापन देते समय साध्वी नीलू बहन  आधुनिक चिंतक हरशूल रघुवंशी , शिक्षाविद विशाल चवुत्रे , राष्ट्रीय बजरंग दल के नितेश साहू , कुनबी समाज के युवा नेता अंकित ठाकरे , कलार समाज के सुजीत सूर्यवंशी , साहू समाज के ओमप्रकाश साहू , युवा सेवा संघ के नितिन डोईफोड़े , ओमप्रकाश डहेरिया , अश्विन पटेल , सुभाष इंग्ले ,आई तो शेल के प्रभारी  भूपेश पहाड़े , महिला समिति से   दर्शना खट्टर ,विमल शेरके , डॉ. मीरा पराड़कर , छाया सूर्यवंशी , करुणेश पाल , वर्षा आहूजा , सन्ध्या रघुवंशी , आदि मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित रहे।

Silent protest to stop misuse of Constitution

Chhindwara - Under the leadership of social activist Bhagwandin Sahu, many religious and social organizations organized a silent protest in front of the statue of the creator of the Constitution Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar by garlanding him on his birthday on April 14. President, Union Home Minister And submitted a memorandum to the District Collector in the name of the people associated with the justice system and prayed - in the memorandum it was told that the Constitution made by Baba Saheb Ambedkar ji is being deliberately misused by the people who enforce it. There is a POCSO Act in the Constitution which has been made to prevent child abuse. The first rule of this Act is that any person against whom a case is registered under the POCSO Act; First of all he is arrested! Later the investigation starts. But the police of some state governments of the country are using this Act in their own arbitrary manner. First of all, on this act, a case of conspiracy was registered against the innocent saint Shri Asharamji Bapu, the protector of Sanatan culture. As per rules, as soon as the case was registered, he was immediately arrested and then investigation was started which was just a formality. People associated with political parties, including wrestler Brajbhushan Singh, former Chief Minister of Karnataka Yediyurappa, Deepak Chaurasia associated with electronic media and many others, have also been booked under the POCSO Act but have not been arrested till date. There is only one law but those who enforce it are interpreting this law in their own way. Which is a blatant misuse of the Constitution. It was also seen that the courts for big terrorists or evil politicians are opened even at night and their hearings take place immediately, whereas malicious actions are being taken against the people associated with Hindu religion.
