रायगढ़ - मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ.वी.के.चन्द्रवंशी के निर्देशन में आज जिला मलेरिया एवं कुष्ठ अधिकारी डॉ.टी.जी.कुलवेदी के द्वारा सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र लोईंग तथा प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र भगोरा, जिला-रायगढ़ का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया। डॉ.टी.जी.कुलवेदी द्वारा खण्ड चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ.हितेश जायसवाल एवं विकासखण्ड कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक श्री वैभव डियोडिया की उपस्थिति में अस्पताल के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों-ओ.पी.डी., आई.पी.डी., दवा वितरण कक्ष, इंजेक्शन कक्ष, लैब, एक्स-रे कक्ष, प्रसव कक्ष, औषधि भण्डार गृह एवं कार्यालय के विभिन्न शाखाओं का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के पश्चात सेक्टर सुपरवाईजरों का बैठक लेकर समस्त राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रमों में राज्य शासन से प्राप्त लक्ष्य के विरूद्ध शत-प्रतिशत उपलब्धि प्राप्त करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। राष्ट्रीय वेक्टर जनित रोग नियंत्रण कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत शंकास्पद मलेरिया प्रकरणों का जांच एवं उपचार, फाईलेरिया एवं हाईड्रोसिल मरीजों की सूची अद्यतन करने, नये कुष्ठ मरीजों के पहचान करने, सिकल सेल जांच करने एवं स्वास्थ्य संस्था में समस्त अधिकारी/कर्मचारी को मुख्यालय में निवास करने, निश्चित समय में ड्युटी में उपस्थित होने, स्वास्थ्य सेवायें 24&7 संचालित किये जाने, ओ.पी.डी. एवं आई.पी.डी. में मरीजों का नियमित देखभाल और ए.एन.सी. पंजीयन एवं संस्थागत प्रसव में वृद्धि, समस्त राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रमों का सफलतापूर्वक संचालन किये जाने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान अस्पताल के समस्त अधिकारी/कर्मचारी उपस्थित थे।

Chandravanshi, today a surprise inspection of Community Health Center Loing and Primary Health Center Bhagora, District-Raigarh was conducted by District Malaria and Leprosy Officer Dr. T.G. Kulvedi. . Various areas of the hospital - OPD, IPD, medicine distribution room, injection room - by Dr. T.G. Kulvedi in the presence of Block Medical Officer Dr. Hitesh Jaiswal and Development Block Program Manager Mr. Vaibhav Deodia. Various branches of the lab, X-ray room, delivery room, medicine storehouse and office were inspected. After the inspection, a meeting of sector supervisors was held and instructions were given to achieve 100% achievement against the target set by the state government in all the national programmes. Under the National Vector Borne Disease Control Program, investigation and treatment of suspected malaria cases, updating the list of filariasis and hydrocele patients, identification of new leprosy patients, sickle cell testing and making all the officers/employees in the health institution reside in the headquarters.
