दंतेवाड़ा - दक्षिण बस्तर दंतेवाड़ा में भूमि अतिक्रमण करने का एक अजीबो-गरीब और हैरान करने वाला मामला सामने आया है। दरअसल आंवराभाटा में स्थित विशाल एवं भव्य कलेक्ट्रेट परिसर में दिन दहाड़े कलेक्ट्रेट कार्यालय के मुख्य सड़क से लगे बाउण्ड्रीवाल के बीच थोड़ी सी खाली पड़ी जगह पर किसी ने ईट सीमेंट से 7 फीट उंची दीवार खड़ी कर ली और किसी को भी इसको खबर नहीं लग पाई। किसी शख्श की नजर इस पर पड़ी और उन्होंने कलेक्ट्रेट के शिकायत शाखा के व्हाटसअप नंबर पर शिकायतनामा दर्ज कराया तब कहीं जाकर प्रशासन की नींद टूटी और दूसरे ही दिन राजस्व एवं पालिका अमला ने जेसीबी के माध्यम से अवैध दीवार को मौकाए स्थल पर जाकर ढहा दिया। अब सवाल यह कि कलेक्ट्रेट कार्यालय के बाउण्ड्रीवाल की खाली पड़ी जगह पर आखिर किसने अवैध अतिक्रमण करने की हिमाकत को? किसकी इतनी हिम्मत हुई हर कोई यह जानने को बेकरार है। कार्यवाई करने वाले राजस्व अमले से जब इस संबंध में पूछा गया तो उन्होंने केवल इतना ही कहा कि अतिक्रमण की जानकारी मिली थी जिस पर कारवाई कर अतिक्रमित भूमि को मुक्त किया गया है ईट की दीवार किसने उठाई? सड़क पर रेत कौन लाकर रखा है इसकी जानकारी उन्हें नहीं है। अमले को जानकारी नहीं है या फिर वे जानबूझकर बताना नहीं चाह रहे और अतिक्रमणकारी को बचाने की कोशिश की जा रही है यह तो हम नहीं कह सकते मगर हमारे सूत्रों से जो जानकारी मिली है उसके मुताबिक कलेक्ट्रेट कार्यालय में ही पदस्थ प्रोटोकॉल (सत्कार विभाग) देखने वाला एक सरकारी कर्मचारी द्वारा इस अवैध निर्माण को अंजाम दिया जा रहा था इस बात में कितनी सच्चाई है इसे अभी पुख्ता तौर पर तो कहा नहीं जा सकता। अगर प्रशासन इस मामले की संजीदगी से जांच करवाता है तो निश्चित तौर पर अतिक्रमणकारी का नाम सामने आ सकता है।
