बिलासपुर - कलेक्टर श्री अवनीश शरण ने आरटीई के तहत जिले के अशासकीय विद्यालयों के लिए नियुक्त नोडल अधिकारी, स्वामी आत्मानंद स्कूल, डीएव्ही मुख्यमंत्री स्कूलों के प्राचार्यांे, विकासखंड शिक्षा अधिकारी और विकासखंड स्त्रोत समन्वयकों की बैठक प्रार्थना भवन में ली। उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि पालकों को स्कूल गणवेश और पाठयपुस्तक किसी दुकान विशेष से लेने के लिए कोई भी संस्थान बाध्य नहीं करेगा। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि शिक्षा सत्र शुरू होने से पहले स्कूल भवन मरम्मत के कार्य जो पहले से शुरू हो चुके है, वे हरहाल में पूरा कर लिया जाए। बैठक में बताया गया कि आरटीई के तहत वर्ष 2024-25 में 551 अशासकीय विद्यालयों मंे लगभग 4 हजार 535 सीटों पर प्रवेेश लिया जाना है। छात्रों द्वारा 15 अप्रैल तक ऑनलाईन आवेदन किया जाना है। कलेक्टर ने सभी नोडल अधिकारी को निर्देश दिए कि दस्तावेजांे की बारीकी से जांच कर सत्यापन करें। योजना के संबंध में अधिक से अधिक प्रचार-प्रसार करने के भी निर्देश दिए। अपूर्ण भरे गए आवेदन की सूचना अनिवार्य रूप से दें। बच्चों के चयन में किसी प्रकार की त्रुटि न हो। किसी भी विद्यालय में आरटीई के तहत सीट रिक्त न रहे इसके लिए विस्तृत कार्ययोजना बनाया जाए। कलेक्टर ने ऑनलाईन लॉटरी के द्वारा चयनित बच्चों तक प्रवेश की सूचना अनिवार्यतः भेजने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में इसी प्रकार जिले में संचालित 34 स्वामी आत्मानंद उत्कृष्ट विद्यालयों में प्रवेश की भी जानकारी दी गई। सेजेस पोर्टल में ऑनलाईन प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन करने की तिथि 10 अप्रैल से 5 मई तक निर्धारित की गई है। अधिक आवेदन होने की स्थिति में लॉटरी के माध्यम से सीटों का आबंटन किया जाएगा। प्रवेश की अन्य आवश्यक कार्यवाही 11 मई से 15 मई 2024 तक पूरी कर ली जाएगी। स्वामी आत्मानंद स्कूल में ऑफलाईन एवं ऑनलाईन दोनों माध्यम से आवेदन किया जा सकता है। इसी प्रकार जिले में संचालित 4 डीएव्ही मुख्यमंत्री पब्लिक स्कूलों की भी जानकारी दी गई।

Parents should not be forced to buy uniforms and books from any particular shop: Collector

Bilaspur - Collector Shri Avnish Sharan held a meeting of the nodal officers appointed for non-government schools of the district under RTE, principals of Swami Atmanand School, DAV Chief Minister Schools, Development Block Education Officer and Development Block Resource Coordinators at Prarthana Bhavan. He gave clear instructions that no institution will force parents to buy school uniforms and textbooks from any particular shop. The Collector said that before the start of the academic session, the repair work of the school building which has already started should be completed at any cost. It was told in the meeting that under RTE, admission is to be taken on about 4 thousand 535 seats in 551 non-government schools in the year 2024-25. Students have to apply online by 15th April. The Collector instructed all the nodal officers (principals) to carefully examine the documents and verify them. Instructions were also given to give maximum publicity regarding the scheme. It is mandatory to inform about incompletely filled application. There should not be any kind of error in the selection of children. A detailed action plan should be made to ensure that seats do not remain vacant under RTE in any school. The Collector gave instructions to compulsorily send admission information to the children selected through online lottery. Similarly, in the meeting, information about admission in 34 Swami Atmanand Excellent Schools running in the district was also given. The date for applying for online admission in the SAGE portal has been fixed from 10th April to 5th May. In case of excess applications, seats will be allotted through lottery. Other necessary admission proceedings will be completed from May 11 to May 15, 2024. Application can be made to Swami Atmanand School through both offline and online medium. Similarly, information about 4 DAV Chief Minister Public Schools running in the district was also given.
