कोरबा - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री अजीत वसंत और पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री सिद्दार्थ तिवारी ने बीती रात लोकसभा निर्वाचन के लिए गठित स्थैतिक जांच दलों और उड़नदस्तों द्वारा जिले के महत्वपूर्ण स्थानों पर की जा रही जांच व कार्यवाही की टोह ली। इस दौरान जिला पंचायत सीईओ श्री संबित मिश्रा भी उपस्थित थे। कलेक्टर ने रामपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत उच्चभट्ठी, उमरेली और लबेद (तुमान) में स्थैतिक निगरानी दल द्वारा जाँच पॉइंट पर की जा रही जांच को न सिर्फ देखा, बल्कि जांच के दौरान सम्पूर्ण प्रक्रिया का वीडियोग्राफी कराने और बरती जाने वाली सतर्कता और सावधानियों को लेकर भी उन्होंने महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर ने सभी अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारियों को निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देश के अनुसार कार्यवाही करने हेतु निर्देश दिए हैं। लोकसभा निर्वाचन के लिए गठित स्थैतिक जांच दलों और उड़नदस्तों के प्रत्येक दल में एक मजिस्ट्रेट सहित सहायक अधिकारी, कर्मचारी और पुलिस कर्मी चेक पोस्ट पर कार्यरत हैं। यह दल प्रमुख मुख्य मार्गीय सड़कों, जिले की सीमाओं पर चेक पोस्ट स्थापित कर जांच अभियान में जुटा है और अपने क्षेत्र में अवैध शराब, रिश्वत की वस्तुओं या भारी मात्रा में नकदी, हथियार एवं गोला-बारूद के लाने एवं ले जाने तथा असामाजिक तत्वों की आवाजाही पर भी नजर रख रहा है। जांच किये जाने की संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया की वीडियोग्राफी भी कराई जा रही है तथा निर्धारित फार्मेट में दैनिक कार्यकलाप की रिपोर्ट भी तैयार की जा रही है। कार्यपालिक मजिस्ट्रेट की उपस्थिति में हो रही इस जांच में सतर्कता और सावधानी बरतने के निर्देश है।जिले के लोकसभा क्षेत्रों में कानून व्यवस्था बनाएं रखने तथा जांच के लिए कुल 14 चेकपोस्ट बनाएं गए हैं, जहां स्थैतिक निगरानी दल कार्यरत है। यहां तहसीलदारों को नोडल अधिकारी बनाते हुए तीन पाली में प्रातः 6 बजे से दोपहर 2 बजे, दो बजे से रात्रि 10 बजे और रात्रि 10 बजे से प्रातः 6 बजे का शिप्ट निधारित किया गया है। विधानसभा रामपुर अंतर्गत कुदमुरा, ठेंगरीमार, रामपुर, उमरेली, लबेद, उच्चभठ्ठी, कनकी में, कटघोरा विधानसभा अंतर्गत सरईसिंगार, कसियाडीह बेरियर, पाली-तानाखार विधानसभा अंतर्गत लाफा बेरियर, बगदेवा, अमझर, कोरबी बेरियर, मोरगा बेरियर में टीम तैनात है।

Korba - Collector and District Election Officer Mr. Ajit Vasant and Superintendent of Police Mr. Siddharth Tiwari last night took stock of the investigation and action being taken at important places of the district by the static investigation teams and flying squads formed for the Lok Sabha elections. During this, District Panchayat CEO Mr. Sambit Mishra was also present. The Collector not only saw the investigation being done by the static surveillance team at the check points in Uchchbhatti, Umreli and Labed (Tuman) under Rampur assembly constituency, but also took note of the vigilance and precautions taken during the investigation and videography of the entire process. He gave important instructions. The Collector has instructed all the officers and employees to take action as per the guidelines of the Election Commission. In each group of static checking teams and flying squads formed for the Lok Sabha elections, a magistrate including supporting officers, staff and police personnel are working at the check post. This team is engaged in investigation campaign by setting up check posts on major arterial roads and borders of the district and checking the movement of illegal liquor, bribery items or huge amount of cash, arms and ammunition and anti-social elements in its area. Also keeping an eye on the movement. Videography of the entire process of investigation is also being done and a report of daily activities is also being prepared in the prescribed format. There are instructions to exercise vigilance and caution in this investigation which is being conducted in the presence of the Executive Magistrate. A total of 14 check posts have been made in the Lok Sabha constituencies of the district to maintain law and order and investigation, where static surveillance teams are working. Here, Tehsildars have been made nodal officers and shifts have been fixed in three shifts: 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm and 10 pm to 6 am. The team is deployed in Kudmura, Thengrimar, Rampur, Umreli, Labed, Uchchabhatti, Kanki under Rampur Assembly, Saraisingar, Kasiyadih Barrier under Katghora Assembly, Lafa Barrier, Bagdeva, Amjhar, Korbi Barrier, Moraga Barrier under Pali-Tanakhar Assembly.
