मतदान केन्द्र की गतिविधियों पर रखें पैनी नजर najar Aajtak24 News 

कोंडागांव - लोकसभा आम चुनाव के दौरान मतदान केन्द्र की गतिविधि पर नजर रखने का कार्य माईक्रो आब्जर्वर द्वारा की जाएगी। सोमवार को जिला कार्यालय के प्रथम तल स्थित सभाकक्ष में प्रेक्षक श्री जे गणेशन की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित बैठक में कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री कुणाल दुदावत भी उपस्थित थे। बैठक में श्री गणेशन ने कहा कि मतदान के दौरान चुनाव के हर कार्यकलापों पर पैनी नजर रखने की जिम्मेवारी माइक्रो ऑब्जर्वर को होगी। मतदान तिथि के एक दिन पूर्व माइक्रो ऑबजर्वर को सामग्री वितरण केन्द्र पहुँचना है, जहाँ से उन्हें मतदान टीम के साथ मतदान केन्द्र जाना होगा तथा मतदान की समाप्ति के बाद उन्हें मतदान टीम के साथ मतदान सामग्री प्राप्ति केन्द्रलौटना है। सामान्य प्रेक्षक प्रत्येक कार्य की निगरानी करेंगे और प्रेक्षक को अपना प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करेंगे। माइक्रो ऑब्जर्वर मतदान केन्द्र पहुँच कर मतदान केन्द्र की तैयारी मतदान केन्द्र पर मूलभूत सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता, मॉक पोल का निरीक्षण, मतदान अभिकर्त्ता की उपस्थिति, अमिट स्याही, मतदाता रजिस्टर आदि का निरीक्षण करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। मतदान समाप्ति के बाद माइक्रो ऑब्जर्वर अपना प्रतिवेदन निर्धारित प्रपत्र में कलेक्शन सेंटर में सौंपना है। इस अवसर पर उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री चित्रकांत चाली ठाकुर, सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी सुश्री निकिता मरकाम भी उपस्थित थीं।

Kondagaon - The work of monitoring the polling booth activities during the Lok Sabha general elections will be done by Micro Observers. Collector and District Election Officer Shri Kunal Dudawat were also present in the meeting held under the chairmanship of Observer Shri J Ganesan in the meeting room located on the first floor of the District Office on Monday. In the meeting, Mr. Ganesan said that it will be the responsibility of the Micro Observer to keep a close watch on every election activity during the voting. Micro observers have to reach the material distribution center one day before the polling date, from where they have to go to the polling station with the polling team and after the end of polling, they have to return to the polling material collection center with the polling team. The General Observer will monitor each work and submit his report to the Observer. Micro observers will reach the polling station and ensure preparation of the polling station, availability of basic facilities at the polling station, inspection of mock poll, presence of polling agent, indelible ink, voter register etc. After the end of voting, the micro observer has to submit his report in the prescribed form at the collection center. On this occasion, Deputy District Election Officer Shri Chitrakant Chali Thakur, Assistant Returning Officer Ms. Nikita Markam were also present.
