आबकारी अमला द्वारा की गई अवैध शराब के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही karyawahi Aajtak24 News 

धमतरी - कलेक्टर सुश्री नम्रता गांधी के निर्देश पर जिले में अवैध शराब के विरूद्ध लगातार कार्यवाही की जा रही है। जिला आबकारी अधिकारी श्री प्रभाकर शर्मा ने बताया कि नगरी के ग्राम बहनापाथरा नाला में आबकारी अमला द्वारा कार्यवाही कर 90 लीटर महुआ शराब जप्त किया गया तथा लगभग दो हजार किलो महुआ लाहन जप्त कर नष्ट किया गया। साथ ही अज्ञात आरोपी के खिलाफ आबकारी अधिनियम की धारा 34(2), 34(1) च के तहत कार्यवाही की गयी। कार्यवाही में आबकारी उप निरीक्षक प्रद्युम्न नेताम, निशांत साधु, सहित अन्य अधिकारी, कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।

Action taken by Excise staff against illegal liquor

Dhamtari - On the instructions of Collector Ms. Namrata Gandhi, continuous action is being taken against illegal liquor in the district. District Excise Officer Shri Prabhakar Sharma said that 90 liters of Mahua liquor was seized by the Excise staff in village Brahmpathra Nala of the city and about two thousand kilos of Mahua Lahan was seized and destroyed. Also, action was taken against the unknown accused under Section 34(2), 34(1) f of the Excise Act. Excise sub-inspector Pradyumna Netam, Nishant Sadhu and other officers and employees were present in the proceedings.
