अम्बिकापुर - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री विलास भोसकर के मार्गदर्शन में जिले में लोकसभा निर्वाचन से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण प्रशिक्षण जारी हैं। इसी क्रम में मंगलवार को जिला पंचायत सभाकक्ष में ईवीएम कमीशनिंग स्टाफ एवं कलेक्टरेट सभाकक्ष में माइक्रो ऑब्जर्वेशन को प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया। ईवीएम कमीशनिंग प्रशिक्षण में अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों को कमीशनिंग से संबंधित बारीकियों को विस्तारपूर्वक बताया गया। इस दौरान बताया गया कि ईवीएम कमीशनिंग निर्वाचन में होने वाला सर्वाधिक जिम्मेदारी पूर्ण कार्य है, अतः यहां पर किसी तरह की गलती ना हो, इसका ध्यान रखें। प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को निर्धारित क्रमांक की मशीन किस बूथ के लिए आवंटित है, इसका विशेष ध्यान रखने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। इसके साथ ही बैलेट पेपर तथा पिंक पेपर सील पर आरओ के हस्ताक्षर अनिवार्य रुप से चेक करने की सलाह दी गई। डीएलएमटी डॉ दीपक सिंह ने कहा कि कमीशनिंग करते समय दो बातों का विशेष तौर पर ध्यान दिया जाना आवश्यक है, पहली, कैंडिडेट सेट करते समय तीनों मशीनें आपस में जुड़ी होनी चाहिए तथा वीवीपैट चालू अवस्था में होना चाहिए, दूसरा कमीशनिंग के बाद अनिवार्यतया सीआरसी की जानी चाहिए और वीवीपैट को लॉक अवस्था में रखना चाहिए। वहीं माइक्रो ऑब्ज़र्वर के प्रशिक्षण में निर्वाचन कार्य में उनकी भूमिका एवं दायित्वों के सम्बंध में बताया गया। बताया गया कि यहां पर सिर्फ निगरानी रखने का महत्वपूर्ण कार्य करना है और मतदान केंद्र पर पूरी प्रक्रिया को निष्पक्ष तरीके से पूरा कराते हुए ऑब्जर्वर को इसकी रिपोर्ट देनी है।

In this sequence, on Tuesday, training was provided to EVM commissioning staff in the District Panchayat meeting room and micro observation in the Collectorate meeting room. In the EVM commissioning training, the details related to commissioning were explained in detail to the officers and employees. During this it was told that EVM commissioning is the most responsible work done in elections, hence, take care that no mistake is made here. The trainees were instructed to pay special attention to which booth the machine with the prescribed serial number is allotted. Along with this, it was advised to compulsorily check the signature of the RO on the ballot paper and pink paper seal. DLMT Dr. Deepak Singh said that it is necessary to pay special attention to two things while doing the commissioning, firstly, while setting the candidate, all the three machines should be connected to each other and VVPAT should be in working condition, secondly, after the commissioning, it is mandatory to check the CRC. and VVPAT should be kept in locked state. In the training of micro observers, their role and responsibilities in election work were explained. It was told that here only the important work of monitoring has to be done and the entire process at the polling center has to be completed in a fair manner and the observer has to give its report.
