सीहोर - घटना का संक्षिप्त विवरण- फरियादी नेपाल सिंह वर्मा पिता लक्ष्मीनारायण वर्मा ने दिनांक 06.03.2024 को  रिपोर्ट किया कि उसकी पत्नी ने अपने प्रेमी दीपक पांण्डे निवासी आष्टा के साथ मिलकर सावन ठाकुर परदेसीपुरा इंदौर को 50000 रुपये की सुपारी देकर कार से एक्सीडेट कर जान मे मारने की योजना बनाई है कि रिपोर्ट पर थाना कोतवाली में अपराध क्र 154/2024 धारा 120 बी भादवि के तहत पंजीबद्ध किया जाकर दौराने विवेचना फरियादी की पत्नी  व सुपारी लेने वाले आरोपी सावन ठाकुर निवासी परदेशीपुरा इंदौर को क्रमश: दिनांक 06.03.32024 को व 07.03.2024 को सीहोर से गिरफ्तार किया गया था अपराधिक षड़यंत्र रचने वाला मुख्य आरोपी दीपक पाण्डेय निवासी आष्टा फरार था जिसकी गिरफ्तारी पर पुलिस अधीक्षक सीहोर  द्वारा 3000/- रुपये इनाम की घोषणा की गई थी। पुलिस अधीक्षक सीहोर श्री मयंक अवस्थी द्वारा अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक सीहोर श्री गीतेश गर्ग एवं नगर पुलिस अधीक्षक सीहोर श्री निरंजन सिंह राजपूत के मार्गदर्शन  में थाना प्रभारी कोतवाली गिरीश दुबे के नेतृत्व में गठित टीम द्वारा आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर माननीय न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश किया गया माननीय न्यायालय  द्वारा आरोपी जेल भेजा गया। तरीका ए वारदात - आरोपिया  ने अपने प्रेमी दीपक पाण्डेय के साथ मिलकर इंदौर के परदेसीपुरा के सावन ठाकुर को 50,000 रुपये की सुपारी देकर कार एक्सीडेंट करके उसके पति नेपाल सिंह को जान से मारने की साजिश रची थी ताकि नेपाल सिंह की मृत्यु के बाद बीमा की राशि आरोपिया को मिल सके। पुलिस द्वारा की गयी कार्यावाही फरियादी के द्वारा रिपोर्ट करने पर तुरंत कार्यावाही करते हुए आरोपियो के घटना करने की दिनांक के पहले ही आरोपिया व सुपारी लेने वाले सावन ठाकुर निवासी इंदौर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था बाद घटना के मुख्य आरोपी 3000/- रुपये के इनामी दीपक पाण्डेय को गिरफ्तार कर माननीय न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश किया जहां से आरोपी को जेल भेज दिया गया घटना के तीनो आरोपीगण जेल में निरुध्द है। सराहनीय भूमिका थाना प्रभारी गिरीश दुबे, उप निरीक्षक मनोज मालवीय, सहायक उप निरीक्षक माधोसिंह, प्रधान आर. 729 महेन्द्र मेवाड़ा, आरक्षक 352 लखन धाकड़, की सराहनीय भूमिका रही।

Wife conspired with lover to murder husband, main accused lover arrested

Sehore - Brief description of the incident - Complainant Nepal Singh Verma, father Lakshminarayan Verma reported on 06.03.2024 that his wife along with her lover Deepak Pandey resident of Ashta killed Sawan Thakur Pardesipura Indore by giving a betel nut of Rs 50000 to him and killed him by car. On the report, crime number 154/2024 was registered in the police station under section 120 B of Indian Penal Code, and during the investigation, the wife of the complainant and the accused Sawan Thakur, resident of Pardeshipura, Indore, who was taking betel nut, were arrested on 06.03.32024 respectively. On 07.03.2024, he was arrested from Sehore. The main accused who hatched the criminal conspiracy, Deepak Pandey, resident of Ashta, was absconding, on whose arrest a reward of Rs 3000/- was announced by the Superintendent of Police, Sehore. Under the guidance of Superintendent of Police Sehore Mr. Mayank Awasthi, Additional Superintendent of Police Sehore Mr. Geetesh Garg and City Superintendent of Police Sehore Mr. Niranjan Singh Rajput, the team formed under the leadership of Police Station Incharge Kotwali Girish Dubey arrested the accused and presented him before the Honorable Court. The accused was sent to jail. Method of the incident - The accused, along with her lover Deepak Pandey, had conspired to kill her husband Nepal Singh by causing a car accident to Sawan Thakur of Pardesipura, Indore by giving a betel nut of Rs 50,000 so that after the death of Nepal Singh, the insurance amount would be collected. The accused can be found. The police took immediate action after reporting by the complainant and arrested the accused and the betel nut taker Sawan Thakur resident of Indore even before the date of the incident. After this, Deepak, the main accused of the incident, was given a reward of Rs 3000/-. Pandey was arrested and presented before the Honorable Court from where the accused was sent to jail. All three accused in the incident are detained in jail. Commendable role played by police station in-charge Girish Dubey, sub-inspector Manoj Malviya, assistant sub-inspector Madho Singh, head R. 729 Mahendra Mewada, constable 352 Lakhan Dhakad, played a commendable role.
