महासमुंद - जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के सचिव श्री दामोदर प्रसाद चन्द्रा ने बताया कि राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण नई दिल्ली एवं छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण बिलासपुर के निर्देशानुसार आगामी 11 मई 2024 दिन शनिवार को नेशनल लोक अदालत के आयोजन किया जाएगा। जिस संबंध में आज जिला न्यायालय के वीडियों कान्फ्रेसिंग कक्ष में जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष/जिला न्यायाधीश श्रीमती अनिता डहरिया द्वारा महासमुंद जिला न्यायालय तथा तालुका स्थित न्यायालयों के न्यायिक अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। उक्त बैठक में माननीय जिला न्यायाधीश ने न्यायालयों द्वारा जो प्रकरण चिन्हंाकित किए गए है जैसे एमएसीटी, सिविल प्रकरण, एनआई एक्ट, समरी प्रकरणों के आंकडों का अवलोकन भी किया गया। नेशनल लोक अदालत के माध्यम से अधिक से अधिक प्रकरणों के निराकरण पर चर्चा करते हुए जिले के समस्त न्यायालयों में लंबित राजीनामा योग्य सभी प्रकरणों की पक्षकारों से आपसी समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए अधिकाधिक प्रकरणों को निराकृत करते हुए नेशनल लोक अदालत को सफल एवं लोगों के लिए सुलभ बनाने पर चर्चा की गई। बैठक में तालुका सरायपाली, बसना, बागबाहरा एवं पिथौरा के न्यायिक अधिकारियों द्वारा वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से शामिल हुआ। इस अवसर पर अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट एवं न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट उपस्थित थे।

Mahasamund - Secretary of District Legal Services Authority, Shri Damodar Prasad Chandra said that as per the instructions of National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi and Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority, Bilaspur, National Lok Adalat will be organized on Saturday, 11th May 2024. In this regard, today in the video conferencing room of the District Court, District Legal Services Authority Chairman/District Judge Mrs. Anita Dahria held a meeting with the judicial officers of Mahasamund District Court and Taluka based courts. In the said meeting, the Honorable District Judge also reviewed the data of the cases identified by the courts like MACT, Civil cases, NI Act, Summary cases. Discussing the resolution of as many cases as possible through the National Lok Adalat, establishing mutual coordination with the parties on all the cases pending in all the courts of the district and resolving most of the cases, making the National Lok Adalat successful and accessible to the people. Making was discussed. The meeting was attended by judicial officers of Taluka Saraipali, Basna, Bagbahra and Pithora through video conferencing. Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chief Judicial Magistrate and Judicial Magistrate were present on this occasion.
