11 मई को आयोजित होगा नेशनल लोक अदालत adalat Aajtak24 News 

बेमेतरा - आगामी नेशनल लोक अदालत 11 मई को आयोजित किया जाएगा। इस आयोजन को लेकर जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अध्यक्ष व जिला सत्र न्यायाधीश श्री बृजेन्द्र कुमार शास्त्री के मार्गदर्शन में पैरालीगल वालंटियर्स सुश्री सोनिया राजपूत, चेतन सिंह, टुवेन्द्र सिंह वर्मा, देवेन्द्र कुमार यादव, पवन कुमार, साहू, पंकज घृतलहरे, चंद्र किशोर राजपूत, कु. स्वाति कुंजाम द्वारा स्थान जिला न्यायालय परिसर, जिला कार्यालय कलेक्टर परिसर, जिला चिकित्सालय, सिग्नल चौक बेमेतरा, नवागढ़ चौक, एस बी आई ए.टी.एम. बेमेतरा जिला सहकारी केन्द्रीय बैंक बेमेतरा, जिला सहकारी केन्द्रीय बैंक बालसमुंद में बैनर लगाकर विधिक जागरूकता शिविर किया एवं आमजनों को नेशनल लोक अदालत के महत्व के बारे में बताया गया। इसके साथ ही ग्राम जोगीदीप (केशला) मेला कार्यक्रम व मानपुर, ईट भट्ठी बिलई, पंडरभट्टा, मजगांव तथा ग्राम चारभाठा ढोलिया में नेशनल लोक अदालत के बारे में पक्षकारों को एवं आमजन को जागरूक किया। इस मौके पर बताया गया कि यदि किसी भी व्यक्ति के या उनके किसी मित्र, परिजन का कोई राजीनामा योग्य मामला न्यायालय में लंबित हो तो संबंधित न्यायालय में अथवा जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण से संपर्क कर ऐसे मामलों को उभय पक्ष की सहमति से राजीनामा के आधार पर नेशनल लोक अदालत में निराकृत कर सकते हैं। लोक अदालत में निराकृत मामलों के निर्णय अंतिम होते है, इसकी कोई अपील नहीं होती हैं। न्याय शुल्क यदि लगा हो तो न्यायालय द्वारा उसे वापस प्रदान करने का आदेश दिया जाता है। राजीनामा के आधार पर निराकृत मामलों में उभय पक्ष के मध्य सद्भाव व प्रेम बना रहता है। उक्त नेशनल लोक अदालत के माध्यम से न्यायालय में लंबित प्रकरणों, धारा 138, पारकम्य लिखित अधिनियम प्रकरण, जलकर, बिजली बिल बकाया प्रकरण, सिविल, दाण्डिक, घरेलू हिंसा, परिवार न्यायालय के प्रकरण का निराकरण कराया जा सकता है।

Legal awareness camp was organized by putting up banners in Bemetara District Cooperative Central Bank Bemetara and District Cooperative Central Bank Balasamund and the general public was told about the importance of National Lok Adalat. Along with this, the parties and the general public were made aware about the village Jogideep (Keshla) fair program and the National Lok Adalat in Manpur, It Bhatti Bilai, Pandarbhatta, Mazgaon and village Charbhatha Dholiya. On this occasion, it was told that if any case of any person or any of his friends or family members is pending in the court, then such cases can be resolved on the basis of compromise with the consent of both the parties by contacting the concerned court or the District Legal Services Authority. Can be resolved in National Lok Adalat. The decisions of the cases decided in Lok Adalat are final and there is no appeal. If court fee is imposed then the court orders to return it. In cases resolved on the basis of compromise, harmony and love remains between both the parties. Through the said National Lok Adalat, the cases pending in the court, Section 138, permeable written act cases, water tax, electricity bill outstanding cases, civil, criminal, domestic violence, family court cases can be resolved.
