बलौदाबाजार - आगामी 25 मार्च को  होली का त्यौहार नगर में शांति एवं भाईचारे के साथ मनाई जाएगी। तीन सवारी व नशे की हालत में बाईक चलाने वालों तथा शांति  पर विध्न पहुंचाने वाले तत्वों पर पुलिस की पैनी नजर रहेगी और  ऐसे तत्वों पर पुलिस कड़ी कार्रवाई करेगी। कानून व्यवस्था बनाये रखने के  सम्बन्ध में  कलेक्टर श्री के. एल. चौहान के निर्देशानुसार शुक्रवार को संयुक्त जिला  कार्यालय के सभाकक्ष में  जिला प्रशासन व राजनीतिक, सामाजिक, धार्मिक संगठन के  प्रतिनिधि व प्रबुद्ध नागरिकों की बैठक किया गया। बैठक में  बताया गया कि बलौदाबाजार के दशहरा मैदान में सार्वजनिक रूप से  होलिका दहन का कार्यक्रम होता है। इसके साथ ही कालोनियों में भी होलिका दहन होता है।  अपर कलेक्टर श्री व्ही.सी. एक्का ने  होली का त्यौहार खुशी व  उत्साह के साथ मानने की बात कहते हुए वर्तमान में चुनाव आचार संहिता प्रभावी होने के कारण कोई भी कार्यक्रम आयोजन के पूर्व सक्षम अधिकारी से  अनुमति लेने की बात कही। इसी प्रकार रात्रि 10 बजे से सुबह 6 बजे तक डीजे एवं अन्य साउंड सिस्टम चलाने पर प्रतिबंधित रहेगा। उन्होंने कानून व्यवस्था बनाये रखने में   जिला प्रशासन का  सहयोग करने की अपेक्षा की। होली के एक दिन पूर्व एम्बुलेंस मय मेडिकल टीम की 24 घण्टे तैनाती के लिये स्वास्थ्य विभाग, पानी की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता के लिए नगर पालिका के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया। प्रशासन की ओर से अपील किया गया कि  जबरदस्ती किसी को रंग न लगाया जाए। समाज प्रमुखों के द्वारा महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव देते हुए पुलिस पेट्रोलिंग बढ़ाने, रामसागर तालाब के आसपास में पुलिस की निगरानी बढ़ाने तथा शहर से लगे गांव में भी पुलिस पेट्रोलिंग बढ़ाने, ऑनलाइन सट्टा, अवैध शराब बिक्री पर प्रतिबंध लगाने  कहा गया। अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री अविनाश सिंह ठाकुर ने बताया कि होली में शहर को चार जोन में बांटकर पुलिस की टीम द्वारा  पेट्रोलिंग की जाएगी। इसमें भाटापारा रोड, रिसदा रोड, लवन रोड एवं करही बाजार रोड शामिल है।

An appeal was made by the administration that color should not be applied forcefully on anyone. Giving important suggestions, the community leaders asked to increase police patrolling, increase police surveillance around Ramsagar pond, increase police patrolling in the villages adjacent to the city, and ban on online betting and sale of illegal liquor. Additional Superintendent of Police Shri Avinash Singh Thakur said that during Holi, the city will be divided into four zones and patrolled by the police team. This includes Bhatapara Road, Risda Road, Lavan Road and Karhi Bazar Road.
