कोण्डागांव - लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 हेतु जिले में मतदान केंद्रों की व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लेने कलेक्टर ने बड़ेडोंगर, कोटपाड़ एवं उरंदाबेड़ा के मतदान केंद्रों का निरीक्षण किया। जिसमें कलेक्टर ने आवश्यक न्यूनतम व्यवस्थाओं को सुनिश्चित करते हुए बिजली, पेयजल, मतदान हेतु कक्ष, गर्मी से बचाव हेतु पंखा अथवा कूलर की व्यवस्था करने को कहा। इसके साथ ही मतदाताओं की सुविधा हेतु रैंप, छायादार विरामस्थल एवं पेयजल की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने इस दौरान भैसाबेड़ा स्थित स्कूल में नलकूप के धसकने की घटना को देखते हुए नलकूप खनन करने के निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान उन्होंने उरन्दाबेड़ा एवं ईरागांव में बनाये गए अंतरजिला सीमा पर स्थित चेकपोस्टों पर ड्यूटी में कार्यरत स्थैतिक निगरानी दल के कर्मचारियों से मुलाकात कर आगामी लोकसभा निर्वाचनों को प्रभावित करने वाली किसी भी वस्तु को सीमा के पार जाने या आने पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध लगाने हेतु निर्देशित करते हुए चेकिंग के दौरान सभी यात्रियों से सहानुभूतिपूर्वक व्यवहार करने तथा प्रत्येक कार्यवाही का ड्यूटी लगाई गई वीडियोग्राफी दल के माध्यम से वीडियोग्राफी अवश्य कराने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने दल की ड्यूटी पंजी की जांच करते हुए सभी कर्मचारियों को ड्यूटी पर समय से उपस्थित होने एवं ड्यूटी बदलते वक्त दूसरे दल के आने से पूर्व चेक पोस्ट से ना हटने के निर्देश दिए।

Kondagaon - To take stock of the arrangements at the polling stations in the district for the Lok Sabha elections 2024, the Collector inspected the polling stations of Badedongar, Kotpad and Urandabeda on Friday. In which the Collector asked to ensure the necessary minimum arrangements and make arrangements for electricity, drinking water, voting room, fan or cooler to protect from heat. Along with this, instructions were given to ensure provision of ramps, shady resting places and drinking water for the convenience of voters. During this time, in view of the incident of subsidence of tube well in the school located at Bhaisabeda, he gave instructions to dig the tube well. During this, he met the employees of the static surveillance team working on duty at the check posts located on the inter-district border built in Urandabeda and Eragaon and directed them to impose a complete ban on any item that could influence the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, from crossing or coming across the border. During the checking, instructions were given to behave sympathetically with all the passengers and to ensure that every action is videographed through the videography team deployed on duty. While checking the duty register of the team, he instructed all the employees to be present on duty on time and while changing the duty, not to leave the check post before the arrival of the other team.
