कवर्धा - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री जनमेजय महोबे ने आज जिला कार्यालय प्रांगण में आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता एवं सहायिकाओं को मतदाता जागरूकता की शपथ दिलाकर शत-प्रतिशत मतदान कराने का आव्हान किया। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री महोबे ने कहा कि सभी आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता एवं सहायिकाएं घर-घर जाकर लोगों को जागरूक करे की वह अपने मताधिकार का अवश्य प्रयोग करें। लोगों को बताएं कि लोकतंत्र में हम सब की जिम्मेदारी है कि हम अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग करें और अपना वोट जरूर दें। खासकर युवाओं को प्रेरित करने के लिए कहा गया। कलेक्टर ने बताया कि लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 का कार्यक्रम प्रभावशील हो गया है। लोकसभा क्षेत्र राजनंदगांव के लिए 26 अप्रैल 2024 शुक्रवार को मतदान किया जाएगा। जिले के सभी नगरी निकाय क्षेत्र एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में लोगों को जागरूक करने के लिए लगातार प्रयास करने की बात कही गई। मतदाता जागरूकता कार्यक्रम (स्वीप) के नोडल अधिकारी एवं जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी श्री संदीप कुमार अग्रवाल ने कहा कि देश का गर्व चुनाव का पर्व को यथार्थ करने के लिए हम सभी की जिम्मेदारी बनती है की अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग करें और दूसरों को भी इसके लिए प्रेरित करें। उन्होंने बताया कि शहर के आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता एवं सहायिकाएं आज से घर-घर जाकर शहर वासियों को मतदान के लिए जागरूक करे जिससे की ज़िले में शत प्रतिशत मतदान हो सके। मतदाता जागरूकता कार्यक्रम के अवसर पर अपर कलेक्टर श्री अविनाश भोई, उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्रीमती गीता रायस्त, उपसंचालक पंचायत श्री राज तिवारी सहित स्वीप टीम एवं बड़ी संख्या में आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता सहायिका एवं विभागीय अधिकारी व कर्मचारी उपस्थिति थे।
