राजनांदगांव - कलेक्टर श्री संजय अग्रवाल की अध्यक्षता में आज कलेक्टोरेट के शक्तिकक्ष में मां बम्लेश्वरी मंदिर डोंगरगढ़ में 9 अप्रैल 2024 से प्रारंभ हो रहे चैत्र नवरात्रि पर्व के अवसर पर आयोजित मेले की तैयारी के लिए बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस अवसर पर विधायक डोंगरगढ़ श्रीमती हर्षिता बघेल, पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री मोहित गर्ग, सीईओ जिला पंचायत सुश्री सुरूचि सिंह उपस्थित थी। कलेक्टर श्री अग्रवाल ने कहा कि डोंगरगढ़ स्थित मां बम्लेश्वरी मंदिर श्रद्धालुओं की आस्था का केन्द्र है। प्रदेश के साथ ही अन्य राज्यों से यहां श्रद्धालु एवं पदयात्री पहुंचते हैं। 9 अप्रैल से चैत्र नवरात्रि का पर्व प्रारंभ होने वाला है। लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 को ध्यान में रखते हुए, सभी अधिकारी अपने दायित्वों का निर्वहन करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि मां बम्लेश्वरी मंदिर आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं एवं पदयात्रियों के लिए बेहतर तरीके से सेवा पंडाल एवं अच्छी व्यवस्था रहे। उन्होंने सेवा पंडाल संचालकों से कहा कि ज्यादा से ज्यादा सेवा पंडाल लगाएं और श्रद्धालुओं को बेहतर सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने कहा। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए मेले में चाक-चौबंद व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए। कलेक्टर ने पेयजल की नियमित आपूर्ति करने, चिकित्सा व्यवस्था, विद्युत, साफ-सफाई व्यवस्था, बेरिकेटिंग, पार्किंग व्यवस्था, शौचालय तथा अन्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के संबंध में विस्तृत दिशा-निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने पदयात्री मार्ग में आने वाले पंचायतों में शौचालय एवं पर्याप्त मात्रा में पानी की व्यवस्था रखने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि पदयात्रियों के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से स्थापित सभी सेवा केन्द्रों में दवाईयां एवं चिकित्सकीय सेवाएं उपलब्ध रहनी चाहिए। पर्याप्त मात्रा में एम्बुलेंस सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने कहा। उन्होंने ऊपर मंदिर में पर्याप्त मात्रा में चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने चिकित्सीय सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के लिए कॉल सेंटर स्थापित करने कहा। उन्होंने कहा कि रोपवे का संचालन एवं मेंटेनेंस के संबंध में जानकारी ली। उन्होंने नवरात्रि शुरू होने के पहले फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट लेने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने पार्किंग एवं अन्य व्यवस्था के लिए योजनाबद्ध तरीके से कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए। वाहनों की पार्किंग के लिए एक दर निर्धारित करने के निर्देश दिए, जो हर पार्किंग स्थल के मुख्य द्वार पर चस्पा करने कहा। जिससे श्रद्धालुओं को सुविधा होगी। कलेक्टर श्री अग्रवाल ने कहा कि पदयात्रियों के लिए सेवा पंडाल लगाए जाएगें। जिन स्थानों पर सेवा पंडाल लगेंगे उन स्थानों पर साफ-सफाई के निर्देश नगर निगम आयुक्त एवं सीएमओ को दिए। रोपवे एवं मेला स्थल पर लगने वाले झूलों का फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट एसडीएम डोंगरगढ़ एवं पुलिस विभाग को प्राप्त करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने खाद्य सामग्री की गुणवत्ता नियमित जांच करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने पदयात्री मार्ग के साथ डोंगरगढ़ से महाराष्ट्र बार्डर तक आवश्यकता अनुसार सड़क मरम्मत का कार्य करने के लिए कहा। उन्होंने गाडिय़ों की स्पीड कम करने के लिए मार्ग में आवश्यक संकेतक तथा अस्थायी स्पीड ब्रेकर बनाने कहा। मोड़ वाले स्थानों में पर्याप्त मात्रा में प्रकाश की व्यवस्था के साथ मोड़ के पहले रम्बल स्ट्रीप लगाने के निर्देश दिए। इस अवसर पर रूट चार्ट, पार्किंग एवं अन्य जरूरी बातों के संबंध में चर्चा की गई। सेवा पंडाल संचालकों ने विभिन्न मुद्दों पर कलेक्टर से अपने सुझाव साझा किए। उन्होंने सभी विभागों को सौंपे गए कार्य के संबंध में जानकारी दी। पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री मोहित गर्ग ने कहा कि नवरात्रि मेले में डोंगरगढ़ शहर में बहुत ज्यादा भीड़ रहती है। जिसको देखते हुए सुरक्षा के लिए पर्याप्त व्यवस्था की जाएगी। उन्होंने सभी पार्किंग क्षेत्र में सीसीटीवी कैमरा लगाने कहा। जो पार्किंग के अंदर एवं बाहर जाने वाले स्थान पर रहना चाहिए। जिससे नजर रखा जा सकता है। उन्होंने सभी पार्किंग स्थलों में निर्धारित रेट लिस्ट प्रवेश गेट में लगाने कहा। उन्होंने मेला स्थल के अलावा अन्य जगहों पर भी सीसीटीवी कैमरा लगाने कहा। जिससे मॉनिटरिंग करने में आसानी जाएगी। माँ बम्लेश्वरी मंदिर ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष श्री मनोज अग्रवाल ने बताया कि रोपवे का वार्षिक रूप से मेंटेनेंस किया जा रहा है।    

Collector took a meeting regarding the preparation of the fair organized on the occasion of Chaitra Navratri festival.

Rajnandgaon - Today, under the chairmanship of Collector Shri Sanjay Aggarwal, a meeting was organized in the Shakti room of the Collectorate to prepare for the fair organized on the occasion of Chaitra Navratri festival starting from 9th April 2024 at Maa Bamleshwari Temple, Dongargarh. On this occasion, MLA Dongargarh Mrs. Harshita Baghel, Superintendent of Police Mr. Mohit Garg, CEO District Panchayat Ms. Suruchi Singh were present. Collector Shri Aggarwal said that Maa Bamleshwari temple located in Dongargarh is the center of faith of the devotees. Devotees and pilgrims from the state as well as other states reach here. The festival of Chaitra Navratri is going to start from 9th April. Keeping in mind the Lok Sabha elections 2024, all the officers will discharge their responsibilities. He said that there should be better service pandals and good arrangements for the devotees and pedestrians coming to Maa Bamleshwari temple. He asked the Seva Pandal operators to set up as many Seva Pandals as possible and asked them to provide better facilities to the devotees. The Collector said that keeping security in mind, there should be tight arrangements in the fair. The Collector gave detailed guidelines regarding regular supply of drinking water, medical arrangements, electricity, cleanliness arrangements, barricading, parking arrangements, toilets and other facilities. He instructed to make arrangements for toilets and adequate amount of water in the panchayats falling on the pedestrian route. He said that medicines and medical services should be available for the pedestrians in all the service centers established by the Health Department. Asked to provide adequate ambulance facilities. He gave instructions to provide adequate medical facilities in the temple above.He asked to set up a call center to provide medical facilities. He said that he took information regarding the operation and maintenance of the ropeway. He gave instructions to obtain fitness certificate before the start of Navratri. He gave instructions to work in a planned manner for parking and other arrangements. Instructions were given to set a rate for parking of vehicles, which was asked to be pasted at the main entrance of every parking lot. Which will provide convenience to the devotees. Collector Shri Aggarwal said that service pandals will be set up for the pedestrians. Instructions were given to the Municipal Corporation Commissioner and CMO for cleanliness at the places where service pandals will be set up. Instructions were given to SDM Dongargarh and Police Department to obtain the fitness certificate of the ropeway and swings installed at the fair site. He instructed to regularly check the quality of food items. He asked to carry out road repair work as per requirement from Dongargarh to Maharashtra border along the pedestrian route. He asked to make necessary indicators and temporary speed breakers on the route to reduce the speed of vehicles. Instructions were given to install rumble strip before the turn along with adequate lighting at the turning points. On this occasion, discussions were held regarding route chart, parking and other important matters. Seva Pandal operators shared their suggestions with the Collector on various issues. He gave information regarding the work assigned to all the departments. Superintendent of Police Mr. Mohit Garg said that there is a lot of crowd in Dongargarh city during Navratri fair. Keeping this in view, adequate arrangements will be made for security. He asked to install CCTV cameras in all parking areas. Which should remain at the place going in and out of the parking lot. So that an eye can be kept. He asked to put the prescribed rate list at the entry gate of all the parking lots. Apart from the fair venue, he asked to install CCTV cameras at other places also. This will make monitoring easier. President of Maa Bamleshwari Temple Trust, Mr. Manoj Aggarwal said that the ropeway is being maintained annually.
