गुना - लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 हेतु गठित निर्वाचन व्यय अनुवीक्षण समिति (लेखा टीम) का प्रशिक्षण आज कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में सम्पन्न हुआ। यह प्रशिक्षण जिला स्तरीय मास्टर ट्रेनर्स डॉ. निरंजन श्रोत्रिय एवं डॉ. हरिओम खटीक द्वारा प्रदान किया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण में व्यय पर्यवेक्षक, सहायक व्यय पर्यवेक्षक, अभ्यर्थियों के बैंक खातों, निर्वाचन व्यय के लेखा संधारण के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई। लोकसभा निर्वाचन में सहायक व्यय पर्यवेक्षकों को दैनिक जानकारी संबंधित लोकसभा के रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर को भी मेल द्वारा प्रेषित करना होगी। लोकसभा निर्वाचन में किसी अभ्यर्थी के व्यय की अधिकतम सीमा 95 लाख रुपये हैं, जबकि विधानसभा में यह राशि 40 लाख थी। प्रशिक्षण में वीडियो निगरानी टीम एवं वीडियो अवलोकन टीम को बताया गया कि किस तरह अभ्यर्थी की रैली, सभा या रोड शो को कवर कर व्यय का आंकलन करना है। राजनीतिक दलों को यह भी ध्यान रखना होगा कि आदर्श आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन न हो। हर अभ्यर्थी को परिणाम घोषित होने के 30 दिवस के भीतर अपना निर्वाचन व्यय लेखा प्रस्तुत करना होगा। प्रशिक्षण में जिला पेंशन अधिकारी रश्मि तंतुवाय सहित लेखा टीम के सभी सदस्य उपस्थित रहे।
Accounting team training completed
Guna - The training of the Election Expenditure Monitoring Committee (Accounting Team) constituted for the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 was completed today in the Collectorate Auditorium. This training was provided by district level master trainers Dr. Niranjan Shrotriya and Dr. Hariom Khatik. In this training, detailed information was given about expenditure supervisor, assistant expenditure supervisor, bank accounts of candidates and maintenance of accounts of election expenditure. In the Lok Sabha elections, the Assistant Expenditure Supervisors will also have to send the daily information to the concerned Returning Officer of the Lok Sabha by mail. The maximum limit for expenditure of a candidate in Lok Sabha elections is Rs 95 lakh, whereas in the Assembly this amount was Rs 40 lakh. In the training, the video surveillance team and video observation team were told how to estimate the expenditure by covering the candidate's rally, meeting or road show. Political parties will also have to take care that the model code of conduct is not violated. Every candidate will have to submit his election expenditure account within 30 days of the declaration of results. All members of the accounting team including District Pension Officer Rashmi Tantuvay were present in the training.
