अवैध शराब की बिक्री, निर्माण एवं परिवहन के खिलाफ जिले में विशेष मुहिम जारी jari Aaj Tak 24 News 

ग्वालियर - जिले में लोकसभा चुनाव स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष, निर्विघ्न एवं शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से सम्पन्न कराने के उद्देश्य से  अवैध शराब के निर्माण, परिवहन और बिक्री पर कड़ाई से अंकुश लगाने के मकसद से जिले में विशेष मुहिम चलाई जा रही है। इस कड़ी में कलेक्टर श्रीमती रुचिका चौहान के निर्देश पर गए आबकारी विभाग के दलों ने छापामार कार्रवाई कर प्लेन मदिरा के 126 पॉव, 20 लीटर हाथ भट्टी मदिरा व 12 केन बीयर तथा लगभग 300 लिटर गुड़ लहान जब्त किया है। साथ ही आबकारी अधिनियम की धारा 34 (1) सहित अन्य प्रावधानों के तहत 6 प्रकरण दर्ज कर विवेचना में लिए गए  हैं। सहायक आयुक्त आबकारी कार्यालय से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार बीते रोज विभाग के छापामार दलों ने आबकारी वृत डबरा व भितरवार के अंतर्गत चाँदपुर, हरिपुरा तथा सांखनी इत्यादि ग्रामों के विभिन्न संदिग्ध डेरों पर औचक कार्रवाई की गई। साथ ही विभिन्न ढबों पर मदिरा बेचने वालों के खिलाफ भी कार्रवाई की गई। इसके अलावा कंपोजिट मदिरा दुकान रोशनी घर में निर्धारित दर से कम दर पर मदिरा बेचने का प्रकरण दर्ज किया गया है। कार्रवाई के लिए गए दल में आबकारी कंट्रोलर श्री सुनील दत्त, उपनिरीक्षक श्री रवि शंकर यादव, श्रीमती मोनिका पाठक व श्रीमती निधि गुप्ता सहित आबकारी विभाग के आरक्षक शामिल थे। 

Special campaign continues in the district against sale, manufacture and transportation of illegal liquor.

Gwalior - In order to conduct the Lok Sabha elections in the district in a free, fair, uninterrupted and peaceful manner, a special campaign is being run in the district to strictly curb the manufacture, transportation and sale of illegal liquor. In this connection, the teams of Excise Department, which went on the instructions of Collector Smt. Ruchika Chauhan, conducted a raid and seized 126 pavs of plain liquor, 20 liters of Hand Bhatti liquor, 12 cans of beer and about 300 liters of Jaggery Lahan. Also, under Section 34 (1) of the Excise Act and other provisions, 6 cases have been registered and taken up for investigation. According to the information received from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner of Excise, yesterday, the raiding parties of the department took surprise action on various suspicious camps in villages like Chandpur, Haripura and Sankhani etc. under Excise circle Dabra and Bhitarwar. Besides, action was also taken against those selling liquor at various dhabas. Apart from this, a case has been registered for selling liquor at a rate lower than the prescribed rate in the composite liquor shop Roshni Ghar. The team that took the action included Excise Controller Mr. Sunil Dutt, Sub-Inspector Mr. Ravi Shankar Yadav, Mrs. Monica Pathak and Mrs. Nidhi Gupta and constables of the Excise Department.
