कलेक्टर ने की राजस्व अधिकारियों के कार्यों की समीक्षा samiksha Aaj Tak 24 News 

बलरामपुर - कलेक्टर श्री रिमिजियुस एक्का ने संयुक्त जिला कार्यालय के सभाकक्ष में राजस्व अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। उन्होंने राजस्व से संबंधित लंबित प्रकरणों की समीक्षा करते हुए निर्धारित समय-सीमा में निराकरण करने के निर्देश दिये। साथ ही उन्होंने तहसीलवार राजस्व प्रकरणों के निराकरण की समीक्षा भी की, तथा नामांतरण एवं बंटवारा सहित राजस्व के लंबित प्रकरणों को समय-सीमा में निराकृत करने को कहा। कलेक्टर श्री एक्का ने राजस्व प्रकरणों के ऑनलाईन पंजीयन के संबंध में जानकारी लेते हुए आवश्यक रूप से पंजीयन करने तथा अद्यतन करने के निर्देश भी दिये। बैठक में कलेक्टर श्री रिमिजियुस एक्का ने कहा कि राजस्व प्रकरणों के प्राप्त आवेदनों को निश्चित अवधी में निराकरण कर जनसामान्य को लाभान्वित करें। उन्होंने लोक सेवा गारंटी अधिनियम के तहत निर्धारित तय सीमा में राजस्व प्रकरणों के निराकरण सुनिश्चित करने एवं जो प्रकरण समय-सीमा के बाहर के हैं उन्हें प्राथमिकता से पहले पूर्ण करने के साथ ही विभागीय पोर्टल पर अपलोड करने के निर्देश भी दिए। कलेक्टर ने तहसीलदारों को पटवारियों की बैठक लेकर राजस्व प्रकरणों के निराकरण की नियमित समीक्षा करने को कहा। उन्होंने विवादित/अविवादित नामांतरण, आधार प्रविष्टि, जाति प्रमाण पत्र आदि प्रकरणों की विस्तार से समीक्षा की और आवश्यक निर्देश भी दिए। कलेक्टर ने ई-कोर्ट ऑनलाईन के संबंध में भी जानकारी लेते हुए अधिकारियों को इस संबंध में आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश भी दिये। साथ ही उन्होंने विशेष पिछड़ी जनजाति बसाहटों में रहने वाले पहाड़ी कोरवा, पण्डों समुदाय के लोगों के राजस्व प्रकरणों का निराकरण गंभीरता के साथ करते हुए योजनाओं का लाभ देने को कहा।
बैठक में अपर कलेक्टर श्री इंद्रजीत बर्मन, संयुक्त कलेक्टर, डिप्टी कलेक्टर, अनुविभागीय अधिकारी, तहसीलदार उपस्थित थे।

Collector reviewed the work of revenue officers

Balrampur - Collector Mr. Remijius Ekka held a meeting of revenue officers in the meeting room of the Joint District Office. He reviewed the pending cases related to revenue and gave instructions to resolve them within the stipulated time. He also reviewed the resolution of tehsil wise revenue cases and asked to resolve the pending revenue cases including transfer and division within the time limit. Taking information regarding online registration of revenue cases, Collector Shri Ekka also gave instructions to do the registration and update it as necessary. In the meeting, Collector Mr. Remijius Ekka said that the common people should be benefited by resolving the applications received for revenue matters within the stipulated time. He also gave instructions to ensure resolution of revenue cases within the prescribed limit under the Public Service Guarantee Act and to complete those cases which are beyond the time limit on priority and upload them on the departmental portal. The Collector asked Tehsildars to hold meetings of Patwaris and regularly review the resolution of revenue cases. He reviewed in detail the cases of disputed/undisputed name transfer, Aadhaar entry, caste certificate etc. and also gave necessary instructions. The Collector also took information regarding e-court online and gave necessary directions to the officials in this regard. He also asked them to resolve the revenue issues of the people of Pahari Korwa and Pando community living in special backward tribe settlements with seriousness and give them the benefits of the schemes.

Additional Collector Mr. Inderjit Burman, Joint Collector, Deputy Collector, Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsildar were present in the meeting.
