दंतेवाड़ा - आस्था, श्रद्धा, एवं परम्परा के अनुठे संगम का प्रतीक ऐतिहासिक फागुन मेले का आज समापन कार्यक्रम माई दंतेश्वरी मंदिर के परिसर मे संपन्न हुआ। इस मौके पर कलेक्टर मयंक चतुर्वेदी सीईओ कुमार बिश्वरंजन, एसडीएम जयंत नाहटा, मुख्य जिया पुजारी हरेंद्र नाथ सहित गावं परगना से आए हुए देव पुजारी उपस्थित थे। इस वर्ष आयोजित फागुन मंडई की प्रमुख विशेषता मेले में 900 से अधिक स्थानीय देवी देवताओं की उपस्थिति रही। इसमें तेलंगाना और ओडिशा राज्य के देवी देवताओं ने भी पहली बार मडंई में शिरकत किया। फागुन मड़ई में विशेष तौर पर भद्रकाली माता की डोली 900 वर्ष बाद पहली बार दंतेवाड़ा पहुंची थी इस मौके पर मड़ई के सफल आयोजन की बधाई और शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कलेक्टर ने कहा कि मेला मड़ई हमारी संस्कृति और परम्परा के धरोहर है और इस फागुन मंडई में सभी परम्परागत प्रसंगों का प्रस्तुतीकरण एवं समस्त दैवीय अनुष्ठानों का नियमानुसार भली-भांति पालन किया गया और सभी की इसमें सहभागिता रही। इसके लिए मड़ई से जुड़े सभी देव पुजारी बधाई के पात्र है। आने वाले वर्ष में फागुन मड़ई के आयोजन को और भी बेहतर बनाने का प्रयास किया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही मुख्य पुजारी ने भी विभिन्न ग्रामों से आये देव पुजारियों का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि भविष्य में भी उनका सहयोग मिलता रहेगा। इस समापन अवसर पर सभी देव पुजारियों को कलेक्टर द्वारा श्रीफल और नेग प्रदान करके रस्म अदायगी की गयी। इसके साथ ही उक्त आयोजन में स्वीप कार्यक्रम के तहत उपस्थित देव पुजारियों से शत प्रतिशत मतदान की अपील भी करी गई। साथ ही उनसे वापस अपने ग्राम जाकर ग्रामीणों को लोकतंत्र के महापर्व में भाग लेने हेतु जागरूक करने का भी आग्रह किया गया।

The main feature of Phagun Mandai fair organized this year was the presence of more than 900 local gods and goddesses in the fair. In this, the Gods and Goddesses of Telangana and Odisha states also participated in Madai for the first time. Specially in Phagun Madai, the procession of Bhadrakali Mata had reached Dantewada for the first time after 900 years. On this occasion, while congratulating and best wishes for the successful organization of the Madai, the Collector said that the fair Madai is the heritage of our culture and tradition and in this Phagun Mandai, everyone The presentation of traditional events and all the divine rituals were followed well as per the rules and everyone participated in it. For this, all the deity priests associated with Madai deserve congratulations. Efforts will be made to improve the organization of Phagun Madai in the coming year. Along with this, the Chief Priest also expressed his gratitude to the Dev priests who came from different villages and said that they will continue to support them in future also. On this concluding occasion, all the deity priests were honored by the collector by providing them with quince and coconut. Along with this, an appeal was also made to the priests present in the said event for 100 percent voting under the sweep program. Along with this, he was also requested to go back to his village and make the villagers aware about participating in the great festival of democracy.
