कांकेर - कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री अभिजीत सिंह के निर्देश पर और स्वीप के नोडल अधिकारी श्री सुमित अग्रवाल के मार्गदर्शन में जिले में मतदाता जागरूकता कार्यक्रम के तहत विभिन्न गतिविधियों के माध्यम से नागरिकों को मतदान के लिए जागरूक किया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में आज कांकेर एवं दुगूकोंदल विकासखण्ड के गांवों में आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता, सहायिका, मितानिन और स्वसहायता समूह की महिलाएं ‘स्वीप सहेली’ के रूप में गांव-गांव में रैली एवं रंगोली के माध्यम से मतदाताओं को जागरूक कर रही हैं। साथ ही ’चलो मतदान केन्द्र की ओर’ का नारा लगाते हुए सभी मतदाताओं को मतदान के दिन मतदान केंद्र में जाकर अनिवार्य रूप से वोट करने हेतु प्रेरित भी किया जा रहा है।

Kanker - On the instructions of Collector and District Election Officer Mr. Abhijeet Singh and under the guidance of SVEEP Nodal Officer Mr. Sumit Aggarwal, citizens are being made aware about voting through various activities under the voter awareness program in the district. In the same sequence, today in the villages of Kanker and Dugukondal development blocks, Anganwadi workers, assistants, Mitanins and women of self-help groups are making voters aware through rallies and rangoli in every village in the form of 'Sweep Saheli'. Along with this, by raising the slogan 'Let's go to the polling booth', all the voters are being motivated to compulsorily go to the polling booth on the day of voting.
