कवर्धा - लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के लिए विधानसभा क्षेत्र 71 पंडरिया और विधानसभा क्षेत्र 72 कवर्धा के लिए मतदान दलों का प्रथम प्रशिक्षण स्वामी करपात्री जी शासकीय उच्चतर माध्यमिक शाला कवर्धा में मास्टर ट्रेनर द्वारा दिया जा रहा है। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री जनमेजय महोबे ने मतदान दलों के प्रथम प्रशिक्षण कार्यो का अवलोकन किया। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि निर्वाचन महत्वपूर्ण कार्य है, इसे गंभीरता से लेते हुए कार्य करें। मास्टर ट्रेनरों द्वारा प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है, जिसे सावधानी पूर्वक समझते हुए ग्रहण करें। उन्होंने मास्टर ट्रेनरों से कहा कि वीवीपैट, ईव्हीएम, कंट्रोल यूनिट का प्रयोग करके दिखाएं। इसके साथ ही मॉकटेस्ट भी करें। कलेक्टर श्री जनमेजय महोबे ने मतदान दल में शामिल अधिकारी-कर्मचारी को उनके कार्यो एवं दायित्वों के संबंध में जानकारी दी। उन्होंने सभी अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों को अपने कार्यों का सफलतापूर्वक संपादन करने के लिए पूरी गंभीरता के साथ प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने कहा। उन्होंने निर्वाचन कार्य को अति आवश्यक एवं विशेष प्राथमिकता वाला कार्य बताते हुए त्रुटी रहित ढंग से अपने कार्य को संपादन करने कहा। इस दौरान मास्टर ट्रेनरों ने वीवीपैड, कंट्रोल यूनिट, बैलेट यूनिट संचालन संबंधित प्रशिक्षण दी गई। जिसमें ईवीएम की पूरी प्राक्रिया से अवगत कराया गया। मॉकपोल करने के पश्चात ईव्हीएम संचालन की पूरी जानकारी प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से दिया गया। लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के लिए विधानसभा क्षेत्र 71 पंडरिया और विधानसभा क्षेत्र 72 कवर्धा के लिए मतदान दल के गठन के पूर्व सभी विभाग के कर्मचारियों का प्रशिक्षण 27 मार्च से 01 अप्रैल 2024 तक दो पालियों में सुबह 10 बजे से 01 बजे एवं दोपहर 02 बजे से 05 बजे तक दिया जा रहा है। इन प्रशिक्षणों में 04 हजार 978 कर्मचारियों को 24 मास्टर ट्रेनरों के द्वारा प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है। आज पीठासीन अधिकारियों को प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया। इसी प्रकार मतदान अधिकारी एवं महिला अधिकारियों को भी प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा। अवलोकन के दौरान जिला पंचायत सीईओ श्री संदीप कुमार अग्रवाल, कवर्धा एसडीएम श्री अनुपम टोप्पो, तहसीलदार श्री उपेन्द्र किंडो नायब तहसीलदार श्री हुलेश्वर पटेल, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी श्री योगदास साहू, सहायक संचालक श्री एमके गुप्ता उपस्थित थे।

Kawardha - For the Lok Sabha elections 2024, the first training of polling parties for Assembly Constituency 71 Pandariya and Assembly Constituency 72 Kawardha is being given by Master Trainer at Swami Karpatri Ji Government Higher Secondary School, Kawardha. Collector and District Election Officer Shri Janmejay Mahobe observed the first training work of the polling teams. The Collector said that election is an important task, work should be done by taking it seriously. Training is being given by master trainers, understand and accept it carefully. He asked the master trainers to demonstrate using VVPAT, EVM and control unit. Along with this also do mocktest. Collector Shri Janmejay Mahobe gave information to the officers and employees included in the polling team regarding their duties and responsibilities. He asked all the officers and employees to take training with full seriousness to perform their tasks successfully. Describing the election work as very important and a special priority, he asked them to complete their work in an error-free manner. During this, master trainers gave training related to operation of VVPAD, Control Unit and Ballot Unit. In which the complete process of EVM was explained. After conducting the mock poll, complete information about EVM operation was given through training. Before the formation of polling team for Assembly Constituency 71 Pandariya and Assembly Constituency 72 Kawardha for the Lok Sabha Elections 2024, training of all department employees will be conducted in two shifts from 27 March to 01 April 2024, from 10 am to 01 am and from 02 pm to 05 pm. It is being given till o'clock. In these trainings, 04 thousand 978 employees are being trained by 24 master trainers. Today training was provided to the presiding officers. Similarly, training will also be provided to polling officers and women officers.
