गौरेला पेंड्रा मरवाही - कलेक्टर एवं जिला दंडाधिकारी श्रीमती लीना कमलेश मंडावी ने लोकसभा सामान्य निर्वाचन 2024 के शांतिपूर्ण एवं निष्पक्ष रूप से सम्पादन के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ कोलाहल अधिनियम 1985 की धारा 4 में प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्वाचन समाप्ति तक ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्रों का उपयोग प्रतिबंधित कर दिया है। इस संबंध में जारी आदेश में कहा गया है कि चुनाव प्रचार प्रसार के लिए चलित वाहनों में लाउडस्पीकर का उपयोग और सामान्यतः आमसभा, प्रचार, जुलुस के लिये लाउडस्पीकर का उपयोग सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा अनुमति मिलने पर ही अधिकतम प्रातः 6 बजे से रात्रि 10 बजे तक ही किया जा सकेगा। अनुमति प्रदान करने हेतु अपर कलेक्टर गौरेला पेण्ड्रा मरवाही को सक्षम प्राधिकारी नियुक्त किया गया है।
