जिले से भूसा, चारे का निर्यात प्रतिबंधित pratibandh Aaj Tak 24 News 

रतलाम - जिले से किसी भी व्यक्ति या संस्थान द्वारा पशु चारा, घास, भूसा, कड़बि (ज्वार. मक्का के डंठल) आदि जिले के बाहर निर्यात करना बगैर अनुमति के प्रतिबंधित रहेगा।अतिरिक्त जिला डंडा अधिकारी श्री आर.एस. मंडलोई द्वारा दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 144 के तहत जारी किए गए आदेश के अनुसार उद्योगों, फैक्ट्री के बॉयलरों, ईंट भट्टी आदि में पशु चारा, भूसे का ईंधन के रूप में उपयोग करना प्रतिबंधित रहेगा। भूसा तथा चारे का युक्तिसंगत मूल्य से अधिक मूल्य पर किसी भी व्यक्ति द्वारा क्रय-विक्रय करना एवं चार भूसा का कृत्रिम अभाव उत्पन्न करने के लिए अनावश्यक रूप से संग्रहण करना प्रतिबंधित रहेगा। ईंधन उपयोगी भूसे का स्टॉक के लिए लाइसेंसधारी उद्योग ही स्टॉक कर सकेगा। इसकी सुरक्षा की समस्त जवाबदारी संबंधित लाइसेंसधारी की रहेगी एवं प्रतिबंधित अवधि में जिले के बाहर लेकर जाना प्रतिबंधित रहेगा, विशेष परिस्थिति में अनुमति लेना अनिवार्य होगी।उक्त आदेश रतलाम जिले में चार भूसा की पूर्ति बनाए रखना तथा कानूनी व्यवस्था बनाए रखना हेतु लागू किया गया है। आदेश आगामी दो माह तक की अवधि के लिए प्रभावशील रहेगा। आदेश का उल्लंघन धारा 188 भारतीय दंड विधान अंतर्गत दंडनीय अपराध की श्रेणी में आएगा।

According to the order issued by Mandloi under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, use of animal fodder and straw as fuel in industries, factory boilers, brick kilns etc. will be prohibited. Buying and selling of chaff and fodder by any person at a price higher than the reasonable price and unnecessary storage of chaff to create artificial shortage will be prohibited. Only licensed industries will be able to stock fuel useful straw. The entire responsibility for its safety will rest with the concerned licensee and it will be prohibited to take it outside the district during the restricted period, permission will be mandatory in special circumstances. The above order has been implemented to maintain the supply of char bhusa and maintain legal order in Ratlam district. . The order will remain effective for a period of up to two months. Violation of the order will fall under the category of punishable offense under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
