महासमुंद - भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 अंतर्गत छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के लिए 10 सेवाओं को “अनिवार्य सेवा” के रूप में अधिसूचित किया गया है। इन 10 सेवाओं में स्वास्थ्य विभाग, विद्युत विभाग, रेल परिवहन, डाक एवं टेलीग्राम विभाग, बीएसएनएल, आल इण्डिया रेडियो, दूरदर्शन, छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य सहकारी दुग्ध संघ मर्यादित, मीडियाकर्मी जिन्हें आयोग की अनुमति से प्राधिकार पत्र जारी किये जाएंगे एवं भारतीय खाद्य निगम शामिल हैं। भारत निर्वाचन आयोग आयोग के निर्देशानुसार अनिवार्य सेवा के रूप में अधिसूचित किए जाने से इन सेवाओं के ऐसे कर्मचारी, जो अपनी शासकीय ड्यूटी के कारण मतदान दिवस को मतदान केंद्र पर जाकर अपना वोट नहीं डाल पाते है, केवल उनके लिए डाक मतपत्र के माध्यम से मतदान की सुविधा प्रदान की जाती है। ऐसे सभी कर्मियों को प्रारूप 12 घ पर निर्वाचन की अधिसूचना जारी होने के पांच दिनों के भीतर संबंधित सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी के समक्ष अपना आवेदन करना होता है। महासमुंद लोकसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में द्वितीय चरण में निर्वाचन सम्पन्न होना है। जिसके लिए फॉर्म 12 घ जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 2 अप्रैल 2024 है। प्रारूप 12 घ में आवेदन करने वाले कर्मचारी को आवेदन में अपना मोबाइल नम्बर, वोटर आईडी नंबर एवं मतदाता सूची में भाग संख्या एवं सरल क्रमांक सही-सही दर्ज करना होगा। उन्हें वोटर आईडी कार्ड की छायाप्रति भी साथ में संलग्न करनी होगी। निर्वाचक नामावली में कर्मचारी की अद्यतन भाग संख्या एवं सरल क्रमांक पता करने हेतु वोटर हेल्पलाइन एप्प का उपयोग किया जा सकता है जिसमे वोटर आईडी कार्ड नंबर डालकर इसे खोजा जा सकता है। जिला स्तर पर नोडल अधिकारियों को फॉर्म 12 घ में प्राप्त आवेदनों को इसके भाग 2 में सत्यापित करना अनिवार्य होगा।

Mahasamund – 10 services have been notified as “Essential Services” for the state of Chhattisgarh under the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 by the Election Commission of India. These 10 services include Health Department, Electricity Department, Railway Transport, Posts and Telegram Department, BSNL, All India Radio, Doordarshan, Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Milk Union Limited, media persons who will be issued authorization letters with the permission of the Commission and Food Corporation of India. . Being notified as an essential service as per the instructions of the Election Commission of India, such employees of these services, who are not able to go to the polling station on the polling day due to their official duties and cast their vote, are allowed to vote through postal ballot only. Facility is provided. All such personnel have to submit their application in Form 12D to the concerned Assistant Returning Officer within five days of the issue of election notification. Elections are to be held in the second phase in Mahasamund Lok Sabha constituency. For which the last date for submission of Form 12D is 2 April 2024. The employee applying in Form 12D will have to enter his mobile number, voter ID number, part number and simple number in the voter list correctly in the application. They will also have to attach a photocopy of the Voter ID card. To find out the updated part number and simple number of the employee in the electoral roll, Voter Helpline App can be used, in which it can be searched by entering the Voter ID card number. It will be mandatory for the nodal officers at the district level to verify the applications received in Form 12D in Part 2 of it.
