इन्दौर - कलेक्टर श्री आशीष सिंह ने एक बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए बिचोली मर्दाना स्थित ए.पी.ए. फूड्स एण्ड ड्रिंक्स कंपनी (मिस्टर स्कल बार) का लायसेंस 30 मार्च 2024 तक के लिये निलंबित कर दिया गया है। इस संस्थान से जप्त मदिरा को भी राजसात करने के आदेश दिये गये है। साथ ही 10 हजार रूपये का अर्थदण्ड भी किया गया है। आबकारी कार्यालय से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार स्कल क्लब गत 17 मार्च 2024 को देर रात्रि तक संचालित होने पर आबकारी अधिकारियों द्वारा उसका विधिवत निरीक्षण कर पायी गयी अनियमितताओं के लिए लाइसेंसी अजेश अग्रवाल अधिकृत हस्ताक्षर कर्ता मेसर्स ए.पी.ए. फूड्स एंड ड्रिंक्स कंपनी के विरुद्ध विधिवत प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध कर प्रतिवेदन सहायक आबकारी आयुक्त जिला इंदौर को दिया गया था । प्रकरण को सहायक आबकारी आयुक्त श्री मनीष खरे द्वारा कलेक्टर के समक्ष निराकरण हेतु प्रस्तुत किया गया। पुलिस उपायुक्त जोन-02 द्वारा भी कलेक्टर को उक्त बार 17 मार्च 2024 को देर रात्रि तक संचालित होना प्रतिवेदित किया गया था । कलेक्टर श्री आशीष सिंह द्वारा प्रकरण का निराकरण करते हुए उक्त बार का लाइसेंस 09 दिवस यथा दिनांक 22 मार्च 2024 से 30 मार्च 2024 तक के लिए निलंबित कर 10 हजार रूपये की शास्ति भी अधिरोपित की गई है । इसके अतिरिक्त आबकारी विभाग द्वारा लोकसभा चुनाव के मद्देनजर कार्यवाही जारी है। विगत दो दिनों में जिले के समस्त वृत्तों में मध्यप्रदेश आबकारी अधिनियम की विभिन्न धाराओं में बायपास स्थित होटल/ढाबों, गांधीनगर, तलावली, देवास नाका, टिकरिया, लिम्बोदी, स्कीम न. 78, रिंगरोड, लसूड़िया, निरंजनपुर, पंचडेरिया,बजरंगनागर कांकड़, केलोद हाला, चित्तोड़ा, किठौदा, अलवास आदि स्थानों पर कार्यवाही करते हुए कुल 87 छापे मारे गए जिमसें 83 प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध कर 671 लीटर देशी/विदेशी/हाथभट्टी मदिरा ,01 दोपहिया वाहन जप्त किया गया। 2105 किलोग्राम महुआ लहान जप्त कर मौके पर नष्ट किया गया । जप्त समस्त सामग्री की कीमत 4 लाख 47 रूपये है ।
APA License of Foods and Drinks Company (Mr Skull Bar) suspended
Indore - Collector Shri Ashish Singh took a major action and closed the APA located in Bicholi Mardana. The license of the Foods and Drinks Company (Mr Skull Bar) has been suspended till 30 March 2024. Orders have also been given to confiscate the liquor seized from this institute. Besides, a fine of Rs 10,000 has also been imposed. According to the information received from the Excise Office, licensee Ajesh Aggarwal, authorized signatory M/s A.P.A. were found guilty of irregularities in the school club when it was operated till late night on March 17, 2024, when it was duly inspected by the excise officials. A case was duly registered against the Foods and Drinks Company and the report was given to the Assistant Excise Commissioner, District Indore. The matter was presented before the Collector for resolution by Assistant Excise Commissioner Mr. Manish Khare. Deputy Commissioner of Police Zone-02 had also informed the Collector that the said bar would operate till late night on 17 March 2024. While resolving the matter, Collector Mr. Ashish Singh has suspended the license of the said bar for 09 days i.e. from 22 March 2024 to 30 March 2024 and also imposed a penalty of Rs 10,000. Apart from this, action is going on by the Excise Department in view of the Lok Sabha elections. In the last two days, hotels/dhabas located in Bypass, Gandhinagar, Talawali, Dewas Naka, Tikaria, Limbodi, Scheme no. While taking action at places like 78, Ring Road, Lasudia, Niranjanpur, Panchderia, Bajrangnagar Kankar, Kelod Hala, Chittoda, Kithauda, Alwas etc., a total of 87 raids were conducted in which 83 cases were registered and 671 liters of country/foreign/hand-crafted liquor, 01 two-wheeler were seized. to be done. 2105 kg Mahua Lahan was seized and destroyed on the spot.
