भिण्ड - लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 को शांतिपूरक  सम्पन कराने को भिण्ड पुलिस अधीक्षक डा असित यादव अतरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक संजीव कुमार पाठक के निर्देश एवं एसडीओपी अटेर जे वाय खान के मार्गदर्शन में अवैध मादक पदार्थ, एवं अवैध शराब बिक्री एवं, अवैध हथियार, के विरुद्ध अभियान चलाया जा रहा है जिसपर फूप थाना क्षेत्र के अन्तर्राज्जीय बॉर्डर नाका बरही बनाया गया है जिस पर फूप पुलिस टीम द्वारा चेंकिग की जा रही थीं चैकिंग के दौरान 19 मार्च को इटावा उत्तर पदेश से एक संदिग्ध व्यक्ति पैदल चलकर आ रहा था जिसकी मुखबिर द्वारा सूचना मिली पैदल जा रहा व्यक्ति के पास कुछ नशीला पदार्थ हे जिसपर फूप थाना प्रभारी द्वारा पुलिस टीम को सक्रिय कर एवं  पैदल आते हुए व्यक्ति के हाथ में  लिये हुए थैले को चैक किया गया उसके अन्दर 04 पैकिट अवैध मादक पदार्थ (स्मैक) के रखे हुए मिलें जिनका बजन 818 ग्राम बरामद किया गया जिसका अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय बाजार में मूल्य 80 लाख रुपये  बताया जा रहा है आरोपी से पूछने पर आरोपी ने उत्तर प्रदेश बदायूं से चलकर भिण्ड में स्मैक को बेचने को आना बताया आरोपी के विरुद्ध थाना फूप में अपराध क0 59/24 धारा 8/21 स्वापक औषधि एवं मनःप्रभावी पदार्थ अधिनियम (एनडीपीएस एक्ट) पंजीबद्ध किया गया है आरोपी अन्तर्राज्जीय मादक पदार्थ तस्कर है जिस पर पूर्व में भी अवैध मादक पदार्थ खरीदने व बैचने के सम्बन्ध में अलग-अलग राज्यों में (उ०प्र०, म०प्र०) अपराध दर्ज है जिनकी जानकारी प्राप्त की जा रही है। उक्त सम्बन्ध में आरोपी से पूछताछ जारी है जिसमें और भी खुलाशे होने की सम्भावना है।

On asking the accused, the accused told that he had come from Badaun, Uttar Pradesh to sell smack in Bhind. Crime No. 59/24 Section 8/ was registered against the accused in Police Station Phup. 21 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS Act) has been registered. The accused is an inter-state drug smuggler who has previous offenses registered against him in different states (Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh) for buying and selling illegal drugs, information about which is available. is being received. In this regard, interrogation of the accused is going on in which more revelations are likely to be made.
