शिवपुरी - भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा लोकसभा निर्वाचन 2024 की घोषणा के साथ ही आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू हो गई है। कलेक्टर एवं जिला दण्डाधिकारी रवीन्द्र कुमार चौधरी ने पुलिस अधीक्षक शिवपुरी को शांति एवं कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए कार्यवाही करने के लिए कहा है। दण्ड प्रकिया संहिता 1973 की विभिन्न प्रतिबंधात्मक धाराओं (151, 107, 116, 109, 110, 145 एवं 147 आदि) के अंतर्गत प्रभावी कार्यवाही करना तथा जो व्यक्ति लोक प्रशांति भंग कर सकते है उनके विरूद्ध वाउण्ड ओवर की कार्यवाही की जाएगी। सभी न्यायालयों द्वारा जारी वारण्टों की शीघ्र अतिशीघ्र तामील कराना। अवैध शस्त्र एवं गोला बारूद आदि बनाने या रखने वाले व्यक्तियों अथवा परिसरों की जानकारी एकत्रित करके उनके विरूद्ध प्रभावी कानूनी कार्यवाही करना। क्रिटिकल मतदान केन्द्रों की पहचान करके सूची निर्वाचन कार्यालय में भिजवाना। वाहनों की प्रभावी चेकिंग व्यवस्था कराना ताकि वाहनों के द्वारा अवैध शस्त्रों एवं संदिग्ध व्यक्तियों का आवागमन न हो सके। सम्पति विरूपण एवं कोलाहल नियंत्रण अधिनियम का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित कराना। जिले के सभी शस्त्र लायसेंस संबंधित थानों में जमा कराना सुनिश्चित करना। जमानत पर छूटे व्यक्तियों एवं हिस्ट्री शीटर बदमाशों की निगरानी एवं उनके विरूद्ध कार्यवाही करना। जिन व्यक्तियों के विरूद्ध निवार्चन अपराध पूर्व में कायम हुये हो उनके विरूद्ध उचित कार्यवाही करना। सभी मोबाइल टीम, स्थैतिक निगरानी दल, उडनदस्ते आदि को तत्काल सक्रिय कर कार्यवाही करने हेतु निर्देशित किया जाए। उक्त दलों को पुलिस बल भी उपलब्ध करायें। विधानसभा निर्वाचन 2023 के लिये पुलिस डिप्लायमेंट प्लॉन के अनुसार सभी नाकों पर चेकिंग की कार्यवाही प्रारंभ कराए। सम्पत्ति विरूपण, सभा जुलूस आदि के लिए जारी निर्देशों का पालन कराना। प्रशासन और पुलिस की टीम द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से निगरानी और कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
